I use there swimming pools which are really great, they take very good care of cleanliness hygiene, very courteous staff and extremely helpful trainers.

If you honestly compare the 3 branches of Shapes; Johar Town, Gulberg and DHA, youll realize that this one is the best.

I find this gym to be best in class. there is nothing else that a fitness gym should have in above this. I just find this expensive a little and want an open place sometimes for gym to be placed.overall best fitness gym experience

Good place for workout and swimming

Excellent place for excercise. They 2 swimming pools, 3 squash courts, a badminton court separate gyms for ladies and gents and there is also a mixed gym which is also known as Executive gym. Their Cafeteria is small and the menu is also small. They serve Hot sandwiches, Salads & chicken steaks mostly.

It is an excellent gym for exercise and have every equipment for doing exercise. This gym for both ladies and gents and the instructor here is so good and gives a very good diet plan

Good club but price is increasing every year weight training in basement in summer time u will be dead there is only fewMachines but Crap local made machines all machines are low stander and nothing special many celebrities and sports personalities come here but I am surprised how they use these Machines , therofe Pakistani players fitness is low , I think it should be change now and bring something new pls
