Its a good institute for cooking classes..they have professional chef trainers .. environment is good as well

Smelly prawns, wrong order, soup was like gravy, the fillet steak ws MARINATED, who marinated stake? The rib rack was good. The bill was Rs 16k for a horrible experience

Went in for lunch with mixed reviews of their dinner, but this was exceptional food. I had the prawn cannelloni which was just about perfect with its texture and flavour.

Fine dining ala 7 coursesMost people would run away at the thought of spending 8000pkr in Pakistan for tiny portions of meals for 2 people. I was of the same opinion but was convinced by my better half to try it for a special occasion. Having tried such fancy restaurants abroad i was of the opinion that the attention to detail of meals cannot be matched in Pakistan but i was wrong. I had no idea that local beef can be cooked to such perfection as in fine dining restaurants of Europe or far east but again i was wrong.One of the best things of Scafa is the open kitchen concept where u can interact with the chef and he was willing to answer all my queries regarding cooking methods especially that of beef steaks.they change the menu on a weekly basis and we got the mushrooom soup as starter followed by smoked salmon with avocado and pickled cucumbers. the quantity of the soup was like barely there for us but later on i realized that for a seven course meal that is how much it should be served otherwise you wont be able to enjoy the remaining courses. Homemade pasta was ok and so was chicken cordon bleu but the meal of the night was Sous vide Fillet mignon ! Out of this world tenderness and yet juicy beef steak was the best of them all. The meals were followed by Panna cotta and japanese cheescake both of which were good, too subtle for our sugary tastebuds but good to even out the evening. All of this was served with fresh orange juice. All the items/ingredients were locally sourced. All in all a good evening/experience for once in while trying.

This place is a must go! Would defintely be coming back.
