Extremely worst experience, first hes not Punctual of time, and giving my glasses after the committed time. Then he gave the glasses with plain lens that i asked him to give double focal lens, then another glasses, lens broke within a month, then both those glasses were repaired, and both the frames broke after about 3-4 monthsPlus he gave me expensive frame and lens that I checked market, the lens was of 750Rs/pair of same quality that i was given for Rs.1800, and frame for 800Rs of bad quality, that i found for 450Rs with good quality

Unfortunately my experience with these guys is not so good. I was referred to them by someone known in official circle.I have never been satisfied with their customer handling.Couple of days back I got one pair of glasses made. Firstly i had to go three times to get the proper product. on promised date the fitting of lens was not up to the mark. second time when i went again to collect; they had not asked their contracted technician to fix the problem. third time no one had actually tightened it properly.on my inquiry the personal responsible said that these are now perfectly fixed.Alas! once i returned to my duty station (Mangla) one of the lenses just fell out and was broken. Now i am forced to use the old ones.HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED
