Highly unprofessional behavior. Had to push for the CT scan even after one hour of appointment. They should consider the condition of the patient and ensure timeliness in general. There is no point of appointments if the very first appointment is delayed by more than an hour. If there are any emergencies or something causing delays, patient should be informed in a timely manner (that way patient has some clarity and peace of mind).The place is clean and tidy and hopefully the service will improve over time.Thanks
