But dialysis guys talking about girls , exchanging number of girls. My mother needed dialysis soon as possible we called 3:30 pm. He came 6:30pm. Had to visit the ER. Registration was quick and easy. Triage went the same way. All support staff encountered were professional and empathetic. Medical staff were equally as caring. I withheld the 5th star because the room was a little dated and clearly needed to be updated. This had little to now affect on my care but it is 2020. As expensive as healthcare is, I don’t think it’s too much to expect top-notch facilities. Overall, I was well pleased with the level of care I received.

Actually, its name is wrong, it should be boctors hospital. No displine. No professional attitude. This first talk of money instead of patient. My wife who is overweight, went to consult and the boctor instead of guiding her convincing her that you will soon die. The only solution to operate the stomach. May be the solution right. But dealing should be professional.

I had a very Good Experience in Doctors Hospital. We Mother was under treatment of Dr Ghayas UN Nabi Tayyaba. Doctor sahab is highly professional, very competent and brilliant doctor. He gave us the best advice and treatment.A PEG tube had inserted against minimum charges + no follow up fee has taken after that. His other team members (especially Dr Mukarram) is also a great and soft hearted doctor. When my mother got admitted in doctors hospital she was critically ill and By grace of Allah and the professional care of Dr Ghayas UN Nabi Tayyab and his whole team my mother quickly recovered. I am really thankful to all of them and the administration of Doctors Hospital.

Over after spending 24 hours at hospital patient wasn’t treated the reason we brought for and when I asked for the patient taking care Doctor they had no answer. Unbelievable negligence ! when I went to see the patient inside and the patient had the fever But they don’t know nothing about it. These circumstances are in MICU. I am a physician working in USA..My father got admitted at Doctors hospital.DR Noor ul Arfeen was the admitting physician.1.He did not go into my father room for 4 days of hospitalization.2.He refused to talk to me on the phone even after multiple requests to have update on my father condition.3. Medical treatment was somewhat appropriate .4. Complained about dirty bathroom for four days which never got fixed though I was communicated by the administrator that it has been fixed.Unfortunately you have to go through this because of limited options.feel free to contact me if questions.I am writing review just to help other people and improve the situation at Doctors hospital for other people.May Allah make it easy for every body!

DH&MC is the only most well equipped tertiary cardiac care facility in the private sector.Specially known for its state of the art facilities for treating cardiovascular diseases.They have best in-house cardiac consultants in the city.If the cost is not an issue, then this place is the only place to get the best cardiac care service in Lahore.I know a person who was almost pronounced dead by another cardiac care establishment. The relatives however, took the initiative and brought the patient to the Doctors hospital. Its been eight years, the person is doing just fine. Only one stent placement was done by the team of doctors lead by Prof Sheyreyar.Two thumbs up for the doctor.Two thumbs up for the hospital.Strongly recommended.Let me disclose the secret today !!!That person who was brought here eight years ago, was none other than myself !!!

I was admitted in Doctors Hospital Lahore on 14/01/2019. I fainted at that time and went to Emergency Department with my colleague. Seeing my condition, Doctor refereed to indoor ICU services.The staff their was not cooperative at all.In the morning a male nurse on duty for me was sleeping and my I/v line got disconnected during the time. Around a litre of blood got wasted due to the staffs negligence and instead of admitting the male nurse Rizwan along with his colleague tried to give me anesthesia and clear the spot in ICU ward. They hit me with monitor screen to make me faint & to cover up the incident. But i kept my self awake and shouted aloud for help. Due to my shoutness for safety, the male nurse Rizwan disappeared from the spot. After clearing the spot and my gown & ICU in-charge Mr Hiader Khan and the Medical Superintendent Mr Saqlain started threatening my family. We were asked to clear the hospital dues and leave the hospital immediately. I came back to home in same condition. We have wasted around 150,000 PKR in this process in one day and went back home completely dis-satisfied.I came back with same level of disease.All of the staff of Doctors Hospital is included in this matter. i.e; ICU incharge Haider sb, MS Adminstrator Dr. SAQLAIN SB.

My father had a prostate op here two days back and I appreciate the doctor and the staff for taking good care of him.There policy on flowers, visiting of children are strict but than, it should be.Nice and tidy place with cooperative staff.

Doctors hospital should stop exploiting its employees.I have worked in paediatric department in July. I followed all due requirements to leave job like 2 weeks before resignation duly signed n submitted to HR.No due was left on me.i cleared all requirements that were needed.All completed file is present at HR.Till today i have asked HR multiple times about my pay HR says contact Registrar.I have contacted registrar but no response.I hope if the owner is reading the review u must probe HR about dr kashif nazeer.. HR is exploitative..The good repute which i had heard of DHMC before working seems contrary to me..

Visited hospital for the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal tumor of my aunt. Asked for any general surgeon available at reception of OPD 1, they set an appointment for Dr. Mansab Ali. This doctor was ready to operate without any further investigation. Then he referred us to Dr. Tariq Suhail, spinal surgeon who explained us very well. The staff at hospital was like go to hell. Worst staff and the most expensive treatment. Wont recommend general surgeon Dr. Mansab Ali to anybody. Moreover the toilets are worst there too.

We visited yesterday fr my mother having backbone disk damaged problem. Firstly went to Dr Amir Ikram who s neuro physician his staff made us awaiting for 2hrs by saying that dr is on round. The staff wz even so arrogant to tell clearly as they are professor themselves. Further the dr didnt observe or diagnose anything just follow the previous reposrts n mdcn v had frm othr hosp n referred us to the surgeon Dr Tariq Sohail which required another 3k fee. The exp of Tariq Sohail wz more pathetic as his 1st sentence Bewqoofon wali harkaten na kro in punjabi when i wz trying to show him the MRI reports according to my previous exp Dr 1st overview reports then patient. Then he started insulting me n my family in a very inhuman way.. Even my mother the patient. He within 20min spoke bad words arrogantly that u Jahil people.. Aqal nhi hy etc. I felt these Dr think that they are GOD. Or behave like v r treated free of cost.. There should be additional lectures n subjects of morality taught in their education or refreshing course.. How to talk or treat the patients n their family who are already in a very stressful condition. Very bad exp. PROS:Good consultants and doctors.Good analysis of the illness.Nice ICU facilities.Good patient rooms.Our patient who’s in this hospital has been treated well, diagnosed well.CONS:Greedy hospital. Very expensive.You even have to purchase tissue papers in the emergency, and have to buy and deliver surgical gloves in the ICU, can you believe this?While our patient was in the ICU there was this unbearable noisy construction work going on, with a horrible metal rods cutting machine placed in the main lobby, no one bothered to take that machine out of the hospital premises even after we complained.

NALAIK doctors those who dont know how treat they ruptured my dads lungs and it causes him to bleed to death on 19th march 2019 right after 1.5 hours of the treatment. Pulmonary specialist mr kamran cheema busy in money making.. he wont come whereas we requested so humbly to his PA but he didnt listen cz cheema is busy in money making in OPD.

One of the worst hospital in the universe.Doctors especially pulmonologist Kamran cheema ,and Mazhar team, no coordination no empathy ,and poor diagnosis.In fifteen days of our stay in this pathetic hospital these butchers never made a definite diagnosis.They plan to discharge my dad and at the same time decided to do pleural tapping procedure immediately. After procedure immediately in two hours my dad passed away with sever pain on the same side.It may be will of Allah but fifteen days of stay was a nightmare. The worst hospital ever. They r butchers and murderers. They r only after money. My NanaAbu stayed in this hospital for 15 days. In this period not even a single doctor diagnosed correctly. Everyday there was a new diagnosis. Worst hygiene control. And a wrong puncture during tapping procedure took life of my beloved NanaAbu. Allah inko bhi isi tarha tarpai jis tarha mera NanaAbu ko tarpaya in kutton ne. Theek hai kai unka waqat likha tha laikin unki death honay kai waqat koi doctor mojood nahi tha savai aik medical officer. Dr Mazar ko bulaya tou wo nahi aai aur Dr kamran cheema doctor of my NanaAbu pichlay teen din se hospital nahi aai. Mainay apnay NanaAbu ko jis pain main daikha allah insab kai sath aisa hi karay. Expensive hospital. Highly professional doctors available here. The patient attendant has to run after nurses to medicine and other follow ups. Congested parking space. You have to pay parking fee even if you just pick/drop patient from main get.

I had surgery at Doctors Hospital and while I was unconscious, they catheterized me despite my refusal for the treatment. I would not have known except for the pain I suffered from the procedure.They refused to give me any info about the staff who did the procedure, which amounted to an assault. They said that it is routine and told me to “forget it and be at peace”. Whoever did the procedure injured me and they downplayed it.Not only did they not inform me or ask permission for the procedure if they knew that they were going to catheterize me due to the length of my surgery, they are not giving me my medical records of what happened while I was under anesthesia. I know of patients who are catheterized in their surgery but with their prior knowledge & consent, and they do it for practice of their nurses & medical students.I signed a consent form for my surgery, not to be assaulted with something by nurses despite my refusal for the treatment.At the very least, they should have informed me after the surgery if they did it.I complained about the pain & severe UTI & bladdar infections to my OT staff nurses (Fozia &shabana)& my surgery MO and they lied to me until the third week when one of them did tell me what they did. I am NOT okay with having such invasive procedures without my permission. This hospital is a scary place!!

With all the high standard protocols of treatment.Specialists available here for almost all the treatments.The staff is well trained and well mannered.Clean environment.Good doctors. Better management.Parking is a bit issue here, in peak hours the parking is usually full.You must have budget in hand before coming to this hospital. They take the money in advance before admitting a patient.The ICU is equipped with every need. The beds, rooms, and staff is best in service. It is the most neat and clean zone.The building is 6 floor.It has a full cafeteria at the basement, I had a bit harsh experience of the food available there. Hospital food is Hospital food after all.The emergency is big and they are very efficient.The pharmacy is full of medicines.ATM is also available at the ground floor.Restaurants and markets are also available outside the hospital.

Worst hospital I have ever visited. They with no valid reason kept our father on ventilator for eight days and failed to diagnose the problem. After paying over 1 million rupees, we regretfully had to take dead body of our beloved father.Despite my father was in ICU, there was huge construction noise (cutting steel rodes inside hospital) which disturbed lots of patients. I visited admin department to complain but there was no one to entertain.Greedy hospital and too commercial. They will be liable for charging huge amounts from poor patients for wrong treatment.

Had worst experience in doctors hospital. Took appointment at 12.30 reached at 12.25 and guy said that there are 3 patients left. New patients came after me gave money to the appointment guy in front of my eyes and they went in as i was in queue. Very expensive private hospital in lahore. Location is very easily accessible from anywhere because of its location on main canal road near thokar niazbeg. Hospital is very clean and well maintained by workers. Staff is so much polite and cooperative. Reception is always open for everyone to take care and receive the patients and visitors. Doctors staff is highly educated and most of them have specializations in relevant subjects. Environmental and temperature well maintained by chillers.

Among many hospital i have visited i found this one to be one of the worst and most expensive hospital in Pakistan. There are various reasons.1) the worst hygiene. I can understand that Pakistan is among 3rd world countries but basic hygiene in a hospital ICU should be mandatory, especially when a hospital charges almost a US$ 1,000 a day. even the main doctors are least bothered about this2) The senior doctors practicing here are also shareholders of the hospital and will write every lab test and radiology examination under the sun to maximize their profit and misery of patient.3) The condescending and rude behavior of consultants is noticeable. They act as gods and are least bother to explain the treatments, surgery and the tests they request.4) To force people to pay extra Dr. use threat and scare policy. If XYZ is not done the patient can face worsening affects or may die5) The Pharmacy is at least 10~25 percent more expensive than outside ones.6) Among the worst departments are Cardiac, Pulmonary and gynecologyI seriously doubt if this hospital can survive another few years for what they charge against what they serve.BTW the side mirrors of my car were also stolen from here.

Very Skilled staff and best human being services concerning their lives threats.I was undergone 5 years ago through CABG ( Heart Surgery) . Dr. Khalid Hameed was my surgeon and Dr. Sheryar was my Cardiac physician . Very skilled and professional attitude they possess , on the otherhand Nursing staff also well behaved and loving and very keenly caring. No doubt this hospital is very blessing for Patients with critical illness.

Well everyone goes to a hospital not to enjoy neither to roam so my experience maybe biased due to the situation I was facing and I will try to be unbiased as much as possible. No doubt about the great structure and environment you will get.You will be attended by nurses in the scheduled time, if you book a vip, is will get get as comfortable as possible but the standard rooms are good too.If you look on the other side, they charge you too much for too less, they literally dont care if you die unless you havent paid. This is a business people, you will get a great doctor in a public hospital, ofcourse if you know people there, and the difference of your bill might be 96-7%, literally!Thankyou for reading!
