It is government department building is new and good but employees are not good.

One of the most helping department of the Punjab with online database for all employees working in Medical Teaching institutions of Punjab. They can get online NOC(Specific Category Only), EX-Pakistan Leave, Retirement (Limited Criteria: With Required Documents) to be uploaded by a concerned focal person in each institution for the help of all workers. These facilities have helped the Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff etc in a quick way within 24 hours they can get outputs of online submissions from the concerned focal person.More, this is all happening by Top Management of SHC&ME Department and the working staff of ICT Cell.

All employees in this secretariat are very helpful I must appreciate special secretary Shakeel Ahmad who takes interest in people problems . God Bless Him

The newly acquired building is sufficient to serve the functioning of the department. But like the previous station (civil Secretariat) parking facility for visitors hasnt been designed and you have to park your ride outside the building on Lawrence road or nearby. Attitudes of working staff and officers should be sparkling too like the building. Markings and corridors signs are much deficient leading to unnecessary hassle. In view of the current law and order situation, the security profiling is extremely poor and no detailed checking at personal level and scrutiny at purpose-of-visit level is made.

Rishwat k baghair Secretariat k log kaam ni krtay.they keep pending the file till time expire.training wing specially involve bribary.secretory k pass time ni to listen problem.trainig wing staff verbally issue order.tgey dont respond in written.its my personal experience,they demand money from me,I refused to give money,they used delay policy.tried to meet secretory health.but he refused to listen
