11000 for a simple xray for uktb test screening is too much.Even the best doagnostic centres cost about 1000 for digital chest xray with reporting.It takes almost 4 to 5 hours just for an xray and report collection.No snacks available for waiting this long.Its difficult for people coming from other cities to wait so long .

What a wreck, worst place on planet. Didnt manage at all, tiolet are stinky n no broken.Charges are high compared to email, 16% gst exclusive

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. Got done with the entire process in under 2 hours which I was informed will take around 3-4 hours. Every part of the procedure was streamlined and smooth so I was not made to wait unnecessarily. Parking is an issue though so try not to bring your own vehicle to the test centre.

Staff was friendly but washrooms were not clean. Safety products were expired months ago. I think they should consider these things seriously and by doing this they can actually save many life in case of accident.

Very Poor Call response system. after getting through computer (If you luckily do) they drop the call.. pathetic.

The staff at the office is good, humble and extremely professional but process of information uploading is extremely slow and they dont even bother to receive the call and we have to drop the call after a long wait. A pathetic professionalism can be seen in customer satisfaction after the medical exam. They need to improve situation like these.This one star is because of the professionals those are assigned for customer satisfaction after the medical.

IOM health assessment centre, Lahore provides the health assessment services for visa applications of Canada, UK, Australia and NZ to Pakistani citizens.

- Easy to make an appointment via email- Location and centre facilities are fine- Staff is well trained and helping- X-ray and Medical examination takes approximately 2 hours because of so many other candidates that can be improved- Collection of TB test certificate takes approximately 5mins after 4pm.- Over all experience of attending this facility was satisfactoryThank You

Most of review here are negative but i must say that its an exellent facility overall. Staff is very good and cooperative. Process takes 3 to 4 hours which they mentioned in email early so be prepared for this time. Parking is not available but a line away privately managed parking is available. Overall this recommend facility.

Very lame and slow services. Migration assessment centers should be able to perform examination quickly. Average it takes 3-4 hours. Parking is available but 3 mins away from establishment.

Staff is very cooperative and good facility overall.

1) Do not call them as they hardly picks up the phone.2) The best way is to write an email for appointment or for any other information. They usually reply within a day and with clear requirements.3) Parking is an issue but a designated parking lot is which is about 10 mins walk. I noticed that a lot of people complaining who do not want to walk even for 10 mins!.4) The security staff is excellent and very professional.5) Medical staff and supporting staff is very professional too.6) They have a token system which is stream-lined. The system in place is very effective and it takes 3-4 hours for the whole medical process.7) The australian medical assessment is much cheaper compared to other medical facilities.Bottom line is that this is very professional medical assessment facility but be aware of the issues related to parking and the appointment request.

The doctors reporting Xrays are either not doing their job ethically or are not experts at all ,well whatever be the reason ,they often do wrong reporting and put applicants on long term tests on sputum which takes about 2 months and wastes time and costs more than what they can imagine .There are many cases recently where they have labelled normal healthy X Ray as having some shadows (a report they will never hand over to applicant and send to Islamabad ) and have asked the applicant to go for Sputum culture which take about two months to get results .They are not bothered how much damage this does to applicant.What good they are doing to society and who will stop these irresponsible doctors .This is called mal practice and unethical.This means these/this doctor labels an effected person healthy and many must have left country with active disease. Many European Ambassies rely on their report.When you tell these doctors that you have got yourself check by Pulmonologist and your lungs are clear have no shadows at all ,the answer will be sorry we have sent the report to Islamabad and cant do anything and we are now bound to follow what Embessy has ordered.Whats the prove these people dont exchange Xrays of unhealthy person with that of healthy ones (may be to support their own relatives /friends).Anything is possible.We have right to know what exactly is happening there .Health Ministry should take notice of this and the countries who rely on their reports thinking that they are protecting their people should take notice of this.I would request all those who have faced such problem should report .

Too expensive for just an X-ray and a simplest medical check up. One might have to wait for a couple of hours for a pre-scheduled test

No one pick the call i have been calling since 4 days even i waited one hour but nothing except please hold .too much money and zero service.no parking facilty in Lahore .they opened a clinic in home no proper test center not have ecg facilty they refer some other clinic for ecg they have monopoly no one is here to ask .they dont deserve even one star.

No car parking? Is the supposition that everybody has a driver? Thanks for making the medical test a two-person job. It is a shame that a monopoly is allowed to act like this.Otherwise, service is average.

Parking is the problem. Most of the people over here are complaining about 3 hours for the test but guess what its mot their fault. They go by the token number given. Its just the rush which makes it slow.

Very expensive , its fees is now approx 13000pkr :(

It took me about 3 hours for medical test of Canada immigration in Lahore while it took me just 10 minutes in London for the same test, so very slow working and not friendly staff
