I went to chughtai Lab Jail road head office for the first time as mother needed platelets transfusion..they are probably the only lab in Lahore who extract platelets from donor directly and ready to transfuse.the facilities in the head office are of Internatinal standards. Super clean and well maintained building . Staff at blood bank was super courteous and helpful and guide us through the right steps. Throughout the transfusion they looked after my mum really well. Osama was super active and helpful.They have prayers facilities in the basement. Only thing I didnt like is their cafe in the basement which looks like a temporary thing as they have very small space and not much to offer. But thats not the primary focus of our visit.Overall I am impressed by the facilities and lab.

If you Are going there for covid test plz don’t go. I needed covid test for my flight to USA. It was the worse experience, they have untrained and unprofessional staff. I am facing severe sinus infection after the test. Technician damaged my sinus while collecting swab. I am even unable to breathe right now. Secondly they aren’t following CDC guidance technician on duty wasn’t changing gloves which can cause contamination. I am afraid that he contaminated me coz I am having symptoms after that test. Try any other lab or at least warn them to be nice.

How can a diagnostic centre close at 9:30 PM or 10 pm when there are patients who are in dire need of a timely diagnoses so they can be treated. The only option during night time to get an ultrasound is government hospitals, which are already overcrowded. I wish Chughtai labs and other private hospitals / diagnostic centres can be more humane, sympathetic and flexible towards the plight of a common man.

This lab seems to be the one of the most non-professional business without any work ethics. Recently, a family member of me was hospitalized and the doctor sent a sample to the Chughtai lab situated in the same hospital for diagnostic test. The result of that test was supposed to be provided in a week time. I have health insurance and all expenses of hospital treatment and associated lab tests are covered by the insurance company which the lab acknowledged at the time of sample collection. However, the lab did not issue the test results even after three weeks saying the payment from the insurance company is not clear yet. What a non-sense these people are. If you are in agreement with a hospital or insurance company the paper work and payment clearance is then your headache you cannot hold back the patients diagnostic results ( which could be sometime critical) only because of this.

Never ever have corona test with chughtai lab, I have been positive in march 2020, and have spent 2 weeks in meo hospital, all my test in meo were negative, after 45 days I had antibody test and it was also negative. So its not recommended....

A building designed on modern architecture.. The laboratory is one of the best equipped diagnostic laboratory in Pakistan. Service is good, the staff deals you decently but sometimes they look over burdened and occupied. Testing facility is up to modern standards.

One of the worst labortary to loot peoples money specially from travellers who r going abroad they are giving positive reports to most of them only to earn more money. one my my cousin had PCR test in chughtai lab next day they given positive report he wasnt satisfied n very next day he went to shaukat khanum lab n got negative report. so just they r playing with peoples feeling.

I have been visit in one of chughtai Lab center (tehsil liaqatpur city,district rahim yar khan) and they treated me in very bad behavior. there is one guy Rais M.Essa is not listening and failure to guide the customers.so please take action before he ruined your best.

This is my first experience to use Chughtai lab, in particular for Covid-19 test. I got myself and my daughter tested for this disease. I had very good experience with their sample collection team at Islamabad and later quick test results for the above mentioned test. In particular RT-PCR for covid-19 for case No.82516 was very prompt. I extend my special thanks to Mr. Waqas who was very help in arranging the response to my technical queries for RT-PCR and dispatching the results even before the time limit given by the laboratory. I am sure Chughtai lab will keep its high standard in all the disciplines of medical care which they are offering to the people of this nation.

They have good equipments and building is fantastic.Whats worst is their staff. Highly not recommended if you are looking for some professionals taking care of your health results.Their staff is unprofessional and rude. When i pointed out their hygiene issue i.e. sample collector using same gloves to collect blood sample which he used earlier to use phone and collect urine sample, he got furious and misbehaved. Upon complaining this to their customer services, their response was disappointing as well.Look you guys are one of the most expansive labs in Pakistan, customer is expecting not too much but just to take care of their health properly for which they are paying heavy amounts. Be a professional lab otherwise market is full of replacements.Thanks

Highly recommended, Have been going to this main branch for sometime now, I have to go through health checks quarterly and good to see they pay attention to complains, this time the front desk guy was very humble and decent which I really like, however I do not know why but right hand side of front desk is always occupied with 4 to 5 employees chatting with each other it doesnt leave good impact. Very bad experiance, untrained staff.Today I took my daughter to khokhar chowk branch johar town for CBC test and the lady did not take a blood test saying that the baby is healthy, I couldnt find her vein and injected the wrong way and decorated the girls arm. Please think about it
