Totally corrupt staffpathetic attitude and want to collect extra money .all staff to be dismissed immediately and inquiry to be held for such people,really thay are black spot for our nation.

Very bad experience. Opening time is 9:30 Am and staff was arriving late. The guy who is suppose to take fee and fill in the patients was about 25 mins late. And after getting the slip, we had to wait for another one and half hour for doctor to arrive and conduct the test.Dr should be at the place, ready to take test as the centre opens so that the people who have travelled from out of city don’t have to wait for that long.No human sympathy, no professionalism. All of this because they know people have to come to the centre because there is no other option.

Please make sure you have the following documents BEFORE you arrive at this center:- 2 copies of your ID card- Colour copy of your passport (first page) - must be in colour- 3 copies of passport size photo (with light blue background)If I have more information I will list it here.

Such a bad experience. Worst customer services. Overcharging. I paid 8300 for test but the receipt was of 6800. 1500 extra charged which was not mentioned in receipt. Then repeating every candidate for test and re charging additional fee on re visit. Paid 1500 on re visit but the receipt was of 500. Height of corruption.

Worse place, never had a need here, but its next to my office, and heared the staff at national diagnostic center beat poor people.
