Nishat colony main chowk

Milaad Chowk is popular commercial area in Nishat Colony. Here are shops for groceries, Fresh milk and dahi, Naan Shops, plastic crockery, barber shops, dry fruits, hardware and other alike shops are scatred around. This is main road of the colony and one should take care while moving accros.

Milaad chowk will lead you to 3 different directions when you reach here from main nishat road. On right side it leads to Akhri stop (where main Nishat road ends) on left it leads to ganda nala (main drain) on the other side of this drain is a historical place named Gora kabristan (grave yard of british era, not as large and well mantained as one on the jail road, has nearly 40-50 graves of british soldiers/ their family members). If you go straight it will lead you to Ali view park (housing society) and ultimately to badian road.Milaad chowk has few good food places. Theres a milk shop named bao jee milk shop. Their kheer is delicious and white jalaibi is also good. Barfi and lasi is average.There is a naan shop named hafiz naan shop. There naan and rotis are above average but BBQ in the evening is far good by standerds.Another shop name khan chapli kabab is a place must to be visit. Their kababs are better than any others in the town, taste is excellent.

Bao jee milk shop is a good milk shop where you can drink hot milk. Dhoodh jalebi, thandi kheer, barfi and yogart are also available there.

Milad chok Is actually a bazaar where you can find eating drinks can buy home stuff and clothes etc but the food points over here are not good its may be ingerious to healthBut it is the only point for bazar near to milad chok places where they can buy food fruit home stuff clothes etc other wise one has to move towards defence h-market or towards Walton

I lived in nishat colony since 22 year . This is main chowk of our colony. Only problem is traffic in milad chowk and also in main road of nishat colony
