A good housing society

They are claiming that West Marina is LDA approved but what I have found is different.First I called their official helpline, I was informed that West Marina is not a block or extension of Al Noor Orchards instead its the name of payment plan.I downloaded Al Noor orchards planning map from LDA website and went to visit the site. I met their authorised dealer. I asked if West Marina is approved from LDA as you are claiming. He said yes. I asked him to get the map, he took the map of Al Noor Orchard which is approved by the LDA. I asked where is West Marina? He said that its West Marina.In short, what I understood is that they are misleading people about West Marina.If you want to visit the site DONT GO via Shahdara to sharqpur road, use Faizfur interchange only

I was very hopeful that these people are legit but after seeing add from LDA and late balloting or block D they put me in doubtLDA says only block A and B are registered and all others are illegal and buyer will be responsible if they buy anything in other blocksI still hope they do balloting soon and register it to LDA so people could have peace of mind and could support them for future projectsHope this review would help many people who are thinking to invest in Al Noor Orchards and Management to think about these issues

Its a file related land so Im not satisfied from these type of agreements.In this case customer have no idea about the exact location of their invested place.
