Food quantity insufficient, ambiance is good, prices are ok. But the biggest reason I would rate it 3 star, they dont accept Debit/Credit card. Who would have imagined this in this day and age

They are charging 16% GST on cash and dont have the facility of card machine for which the customer will be charged 5%. In my opinion this is the greatest blooper a restaurant can do.You dont have any proof if the restaurant is paying GST to the government.A big NO NO

Reasonably good quality food but bit expensive though. We have order nan as qeema nan as starters which seems paste like filling of chicken inside nan which was not that good. Makhani chicken was bit spicy with loads of gravy. Bbq chops and kebabs was good.

I had dinner on 17th October 20. One of the worst food experience of my life. Service standards couldnt have been worst. Waited and waited for more than an hour before the food was served in bits and pieces. And offcourse the staff missed out on the ordered details. Wont recommend at all.

This was used to be our family hangout place since close proximity to DHA accommodations.With time the quality has gone down and now its a WORST place to visit for a few reasons:- Pathetic management staff/service that has no basic etiquette for customer service.- The food was not fresh at all! Taken out from the fridge, God knows how old and unhealthy! Once complained to the management, no action was taken and complete ignorance.Overall its an expensive spoiled place that has no intentions to expand or serve the customers with a good will.Guys! better try out other places where there are willing to serve ppl with healthy food along with extremely competent customer service.

Open and outdoor space sorrounded by greenry, its a good place to sit down and chit chat with your friends and family as its noisy. Overall the place is calm and mellow, i would go there again for tea and chit chat with friends or family but not a good place for food. Food is very average and a bit pricy, service is good and friendly but they are slow.

You have to go here. Best Pakistani food in town - chicken kebabs, daal, chicken karahi, Gulab Jaman, in a beautiful rustic outdoor setting. The only criticism I have is that please add some tables for 2 so parties of 2 are not taking booths that can accommodate 12 people. It will be more lucrative for business as well. Service is good but food takes sometime to prepare so keep that in mind but it’s worth the wait.

Lets go systematically- Directions are hard to follow , as two streets leading to the restaurant have been closed off ,so thats waste of 5min. How about an arrow marking the entrance as the slip road leading to the parking is unmarked, seems as if its some illegal operation (not that it is)- Good ambience and initial impression is really positive- they do not have baby chairs for the little ones ,thats a bummer and something really odd. Shows not everything has been put an effort- the waiting time was decent ,while they did require a reminder to get the deverages- The staff was mannered , thrice waiter came to ask if something else is required , where I had to joke would there be another ️- Food was really tasty , mutton cops included . The traditional style of serving was a cherry on top- Overall a decent place worth visiting even in the cold sitting outside under the canopy was pleasantKudos

Patli gali definitely topped the desi food chart for Lahoris ! A complete package in terms of ambiance and food. Must try.

Delicious food, nice ambience but they need more air coolers as summer is really brutal in here. All in all Patli Galli Restaurant is worth going place.O there is one thing more.They really need to work on their entrance. Its difficult to find entrance even on Google maps.

Not able to serve 50 people at a time

Make reservations before going. Wait time can be long with NO waiting area.Otherwise good ambiance and service. Food is good too, however, tell them to cook it well as we had chops that were still a little raw. Recook spoils the flavour. The naans were excellent.The prices are excellent. Frankly, expected a higher bill. Four star alright, if they provide a waiting area, will give it a 5 star rating.

Tried it last weekend. Its not very impressive, rates are too high, food quality is average, slow service. They need to review their rates and quality of service.

Below average food taste. Peshawari Karahi and butter chicken were the most horrible I have ever tasted. The only good thing in the entire order was orange juice. Ambiance is good but food taste will never let me return for another time! Strongly not recommended

The main effort lies in finding the place. Rest all is pretty smooth and tasty. Staff is courteous and helpful. Sitting can be a bit improved, but the overall ambiance is wonderful. Loved the welcome Zeera pani shots. Karahi specially the Rajhistani white(not in written menu) is excellent. Prices are bearable. Overall good value for money. Must visit if u r looking for new desi options.

Think twice before visiting ; a big NO.I visited this restaurant on 5th November with a bunch of friends for dinner. It was Tuesday so there was no rush ( the kind of food theyre serving , there must not be any rush). We found the table easily . Yes there is no waiting area if you couldnt find the table . They are highly over priced . We ordered mutton chops which were pathetic. Then we had mutton karahi which was worst. Then we ordered brain masala which was half cooked . We had palak paneer which was worst ever. The people who are praising this restaurant might have ordered chicken so they might be good in chicken . I would request everyone to think twice before visiting this restaurant as its worst place to visit for food .

Open roof restaurant in DHA phase 8.Staff is cooperative. You have to get reservation in advance because number of tables there are less then 10,(when I visited).Mostly people come in evening/night time as this is open roof.Ambience is good with lot of mosquitoes.Food quality is good but rates are quite high.

Quality and taste excelled with a reasonable price tag. It is not excessively expensive yet provide very nice food in an outdoor environment which makes it good weather only restaurant. From order to serving takes longer, about 40 minutes.

Fun place to eat outside (in a canopy covered plot of grass) in the winter. Recommended for friends, couples & medium-sized families; although the sitting area is not particularly big.The ambience is cozy, with small coal bonfires and gas heaters (which perfectly complement the parlour-styled bulbs and spotlights).The waiters are responsive and cordial for the most part (though they do need some reminding to fetch the bill). I tried a combo platter from the wok menu: rice+spicy peanut sauce+all meat. A pretty average dish, both in terms of taste and presentation. I suspect the prawns were undercooked. And expensive - considering the small quantity served with hardly any protein (priced at Rs. 1000 + tax). I imagine their desi & bbq menu options would fare better on these fronts. The owners definitely need to introduce more menu variety, and perhaps work on improving the taste profile. Would go here again. Enjoyed the experience.

The major thing is that the place is too overpriced for a Desi restaurant. But I guess most Desi restaurants are overpriced these days anyway. The welcome drinks were zeera pani which were too good I had extras. The menu was mixed with 3 different menus. Which is why the Desi menu was pretty basic. If Im at a desi restaurant I will never have Thai food or continental. So the 3 menus were pointless. The beef seekh kebab were too mediocre and thus I felt I over paid. The puri parathay was awful. I was expecting a crispy paratha but it was just something else. The kalwanji naan was good and the rajistani white karahi was too good. It was better than the usual makhni handi and I might go back there just to have that one thing. The set up was very basic and kacha type. Like the floor was non grass mitti. The coolers made the heat of July bearable. There is no indoor seating however thats a drawback of going if its hot or rainy. If u like posh and fine interior this place is not for u.
