They’re known to provide very polite surveyors and fair terms. They heed to your application very closely at personal level, before settling claims.All the accidental warranty provided by Samsung is covered through IGI.

The best bet for insurance, they have a pretty comprehensive plan when it comes to car, health and travel insurance. Theres a securities company as well.

IGI Insurance has some reputation but it was put to doubt when I had my first claim. I paid for some body work out of my pocket for which I was promised a cheque in 20 days. After 30 days they told me that the surveyor has not filed the report. On every call the agent (Imran Aslam) showed unprofessional and lousy behaviour. Ill still waiting for the cheque and probably not do business with them again. It has to be noted that all insurance companies try to delay the payment as much as they can. And IGI is no exception. Anyone who tried to paint IGI or any other insurance company as good is misleading you.
