One Of the Worst Company i have ever purchased there insurance policy for my car Chor haram khor company

Once a great logistics company now it shifted to insurance and car tracking

I used their services and Ive worst experience. Their App only work in Samsung Mobile and tell only car speed only which is also not tell accurate speed. They dont have any tracking portal for computer or other mobiles companies Except Samsung.

For car total loss insurance claim, they forced me into filing for total loss against my will for my car involved in minor accident. Now I have waiting 5 weeks over and every week I am told I will get the claim amount. Meanwhile (they know) car prices are due for increase and dollar also. They are just holding my funds to hedge for their profit while I’m losing out.Also their customer relationship manager is rude and will say I’m not in office or I will tell you later and never comes around. Lately they have also stopped answering my phone calls. This is a bad insurance company. Think twice before dealing with them.
