This is a good hospital on Jail Road, Lahore. Staff is helpful. All medical services including an emergency is available. Service charges are high. Car parking is difficult in peak hours.

Waste of time and money.On our appointment dr jahan ara raised questions on our lab reports stating them improper because they were not from their labs.lied about few thing and felt no shame about keeping us waiting for 2 hour .Asked us to get new lab reports and get new appointment to keep their bank accounts go higher.Pathetic

Costly but service is not according to what they charge. Money making business, do not recommend for surgery or serious medical problems. Specialists are not well qualified. My surgery was not done properly and I had to go for another surgery from a different hospital

I was recommended here by Punjab University Health centre. The atmosphere was quite good and comfortable and staff was also cooperative. I dont know about their expenses because I was treated free here.

Good hospital with brilliant experienced doctors.there is almost doctor of every specialized field here and they also have ultrasound and lab facility.reservations are needed for visit because its too rushy and better to book appointment first.there is also a pharmacy in the hospital premises which have almost every medicine including medicine needed in theatre at the time of emergency.not good for surgical emergency because there are more physicians than surgeons and they also are not available everytime.over all hospital is good and also expensive but cleanliness is not good as per fee standards.

Not very good experience . My wife went to labour ward. no one came out to inform me what Treatment is going on inside . firstly dr freeha khaliq let us down and did no take our or call or fromThe ward .baby born with c section . Private room NUM 214 was full of insects and not liveable. Baby was not given shower in 2 night stay even make me run for baby shampoo. Dr sultan never mentioned the two hard spots near the upper nose . During one of visit to baby ward I found baby pamper was not changed . The nurse was sitting next to her was not done her job.When I pointed then she changed . Accounts oh dr F k khan told us a package price but mid city said no to that and charged us for every thing . 2 night room and 2 night for baby ward pliant 70000rs for doctors 15000 and 5000 to others . Charge forRecovery room / equipment charge / We have daughts who perform the operation as in 30 min doc walkedIn and out of operation theatre inShalwar qamiz . Anyway hospital was clean and not over crowded. over charging is done with perfection .i will say ask for fullPrice list before the admitting you love ones Thanks

We have extremely worst experience hereMy little brother got an accident his right leg was brokenWe got appointment in mid city hospital, where famous doctor dilnawaz performed operation next day when we got x-ray the bone was misplaced they again performed another operation put plate and discharge us, after about two months the bone again replaced. Then we consult and get appointment at Ghurghe hospital lahoreWhere really team of very professional doctors successfully operated.So i suggest everyone to save your loved ones and money

Incompetent, irresponsible and greedy doctors. Got a molar removed by so called dental surgeon (Imran Zia) and he permanently damaged nerves in this minor procedure. Resulting in speech problems, loss of taste and sensations.

Worst experience, incompetent staff and doctors with no regard to other peoples time.Doesnt matter id you have an appointment or you came early. If you dont know the doctors/staff be ready to waste your entire day.

Good experience to be hospitalised and treated by Dr Jahan Ara. Staff is very cooperative and caring as compared to other hospitals of the city.

Highly recommend Dr. Nauman Butt & Dr. Jahanara. Must improve on waiting area and overall presentation of hospital. Wish there was a better parking lot.But definitely great doctors which is what counts.

Dedicated team provides excellent health care under supervision of experienced consultants. Emphasis is on patients education about his disease and treatment plan so that patient can take equal and decisive part in his treatmwnt

There is no Ultrasound Sonologist Specialist in hospital and gynecologist sits without ultrasound machine in her clinic/office which is I think is a basic requirement for any gynecologist and specially a hospital who is providing maternity care services. That was very poor of them to refer us to another hospital to do the ultrasound. Maternity care appointment cost is 2000 Rs.

The doctors should understand the positions of the couples and should not directly give their judgements which really lead them to disappointment. Dr. Saqib received full fee from one couple and even did not arrange for any kind of checkup. He directly told the couple no chance. This is highly unethical practice absolutely against the medical profession. The couples was really disappointed by this attitude. A really bad experience.

You will find Good doctors in mid city. Dr Ashraf Sultan, Dr Jahan Ara, Dr Saqib and many more. Front desk staff isnt much co-operative. their phone numbers mostly arent working. No parking issue as they have their own basement parking, however, couldnt find any canteen arrangement in evening times. Till my last visit, they dont even have the water dispensers and you will have to buy water from nearby pharmacy. Its expensive hospital but worth it.

Dr sultan is the best child doctor in mid city hospital

As far as my opinion is concerned two flaws of this hospital On the one hand Mid City is very expensive and costly from all acpects on the other hand Doctors perscribe thoes medicines which are only available at hospitals pharmacy not anywhere else ...

Disappointed with the services compared to the high prices. Especially Im disappointed with behaviour of Accounts Depart.Room rents are 16K - 26K per night; which should also be reduced. Secondly patients/attendants should be dealt with respect at the time of clearance/discharge.
