Executive gym. Great ambiance.

They cant provide clean drinking water. Some training equipment is completely useless and no one use them so they are like waste of space and this gym lacks important equipment like T Bar etc. Plus the lockers are not safe at all. For example the key for locker 9 can open locker 4,8,12,16 and obviously 9 and etc. The only thing good and the reason due to which I am still staying here are the coaches of this gymP.S. this is a picture of the water they provide.

Nice gym have all equipment related to gym alsl have nice swimming pool also have electronics device for gym overall i would say its tremendous for body training.and also it have all equipment related stuff i would recommend morning time for this place. Only problem related to this health center is parking issue. It does not have proper parking area.

Excellent place to get fit.

Great facility. Conveniently located in the heart of Garden Town. Equipment is in excellent condition, including a wide range of cardio and weight training machines. A trainer/ coach is also available free of cost.Facility also provides swimming pool membership (separate from gym membership). Pool length is approximately 15-20 meters and maximum depth is 6-6.5 feet. Pool water is very clean. Summer season especially school holidays attracts a lot of rush in the evenings.Separate timings for women (10am to 5pm)

Very good atmosphere both in pool and gym.

The pool is pretty good. They keep it clean however it is closed in winters. They had different timetables which were very convenient though: for guys there were two slots, first one in the morning from 7 to 10 am and second one in the evening from 4 to 10 pm, the time between these two slots was reserved for women. The staff is mostly very helpful except for this one brash/rude guy at the reception.

A gym offering good value for money.

Gym with all basic equipments. Staff is very helpful and trainers have very gold knowledge of their expertises. Overall good place to get in shape

The gym is good but quite expensive for no reason.

The monthly fee is too costly for the machinery they have in gym,the pool is no longer good due to bad water conditions,XNF standard has collapsed
