With the fee Shapes of Kink Road Lahore it is pretty much the best one. It costs 6000 a month. The staff is very helping and its open from morning to night so you can come at your own convenience . Has separate ladies section which is pretty good as well. However there are not many machines hence you feel that your workout isnt that satisfying.

Professional staff always recommended. Was trying to find best fitness trainers plus place where I can improve my body. One of my friend “Zeeshan” was member of shapes and he recommended my highly. I tried them and happy. They gave me best diet plan plus awesome training. Initial meeting with doctor was great although hey charged money for it but happy overall.

It is bit expensive but good place to stay fit. Instructors are very cooperative and so is rest of the staff. Equipment in Model Town branch is old as compared to their branches in Gulberg and Defence.
