The Iron Box gym is located in Dha y block . Good setup and professional team . They offer classes 5 times a day , also offer good diet food with workouts
Amazing trainers and program. Totally worth it
I took the early morning classes at Matrix gym in Model Town, which was staffed and managed by Ironbox. The trainers were great, but the Ironbox management cancelled classes without warning. This too, came after the first week of the month, after having collected dues for the month.Very disappointing.
Perfect place for crossfit, power lifting, weight loss.
