Unbelievably helpful and courteous staff. Blisteringly hot water in the middle of the winter! Elevators are quick and feel safe. Beds are comfortable, and bedding is warm. Ample room in the amoires/cupboards, but lacking hangars, so bring your own. Breakfast in the morning is quite satisfying. The parathas are quite delicious!
