Neat and clean rooms. Good service. Little bit expensive but sounds good. Well furnished rooms and decoration. Overall Good place to stay.

Breakfast was not serve on time and you have to call them again and again. not good place to stay pathetic bathroom ,no proper cleaning, staff behavior not good. location and property not good. i am not recommended this for families because not good atmosphere. cleaning not maintain. we cannot sleep whole night. poor service not good for families or business or solo stays. my worst experience wastage of money . this is not luxury place or budget hotel even parking was not available in proper area.

I had a 12 day stay in the Shelton Hotel Lahore and during my stay I found everything up to the mark from room, breakfast, service, staff to the room rent. Location is off course no match just at walking distance to Emporium mall. Specially, the owner was very cooperative and nice person who inquired about the comfort multiple times. Recommended for stay in Lahore

-Rooms were too small. The bathrooms were even smaller. There was hardly any space for shower. There was no place for toiletries.-The bathrooms were stinking perhaps because gutter was closed.-Rooms were dusty-The water mixers for shower were.not working.-2 stars for the location and staff being nice.

Hotel is great, staff are excellent and the food is very good. Location couldnt be any better and the total atmosphere makes staying here memorable. Fantastic memories for a affordable price. Coming back here regularly without any doubt.

Iam going to give 5 star for there services because they have the best hotel in johar town or in lahore . Welcome drinks are awesome and the extra cheap rates for this kind of room is amazing u just think they came for you 24/7 bell boy and room service is damn good, they also have a best kitchen because we did our free breakfast , quite good free wifi , i am going to recommend this a 100% for your family , because i didnt found any suspicious activity during my stay .

Shelton Hotel has comfortable cozy executive deluxe rooms in which are twin bed and master bed. Each room has its own bathroom, heating system, split unit with remote, LCD flat tv with remote, baby fridge, cupboard with 4 hangers, double spring bed matresses, two chair or sofa /table and telephone extension for a permanent conection with the receptionest to serve you in a better way. Its whole premises is powered by strong internet and wifi system. Its has room service waiters with a combination of receptionist staff 24 hours at guests services. Only a person who is living near to this hotel can find it. Even google maps cant help you for exact location. Its sort of guest house which is good for family accommodation. Staff is very good. Just be aware as they wont miss a single chance to overcharge you.

Family hotel

Fairly ok place to stay for a short stay! The room I went to was very small or you can say was over crowded with the furniture!! TV didnt work properly. All the channels were blur! It was ok just to go and sleep!!

Hotel in a nice location, reasonably price, nice clean bathroom & the room, air conditioned, but no hot water until the last day. Nice friendly staff. I would highly recommend it, if you want to be near the Emporium or Expo centre.Restaurant is being developed.

And till second day they did not changed my room.. then second day while trying to sleep with lights off and tv onn .... i saw something is sitting on top of me on my roof and i find a big lizard staring my eyes on top of me ... worst experience ... location is good in front of exhibition center...

This is best hotel in town situated opposit of expo center near emporium mall by nishat hotel. This hotel is managed by TM hotels group.Hotel is clean and modren in very very low price. Staff is mannered and polite.and meal is best.
