So folks... I bought a lemon or pastry from this store and as usual...1st...price....70 pkr..2nd..Quality..Ok..3rd..Taste.....Ok..I.did not find extra_waganza in this pastry as much as I listened the name of so called Rahat bakery u know...It, s just OK

Has been living in different societies around Rahat Departmental Store, but never checked into this store before today. I was just passing by and then I decided to take a look in, and I also needed some breakfast stuff like milk and other things. It was a quite place, but very well managed and the staff seems to be very friendly and cooperative. Those who shop with family and kids will surely love the experience. Enjoy the pictures.

This a very bad store!!!It is very hot and humid inside the store!!!!There arent any fans or AC inside the store and the staff is very untrained and unprofessionalMany people move around without masks or masks hanging on their chins!!!!There is only one counter and the service is very slowThey dont even fully care about S O PsThey have some cleaning with bleach and the also have sanitizer and full body disinfection on entrance but nobody care about distance and many people dont even care to wear masks correctlyQuite a few of the products are fake and/or expired!!!!!!!

Ordered a customized birthday cake for my son & daughter. Fresh cream cake tasted great and delivered on time as requested.Quality and presentation was also up to the mark. Economical as well i.e. PKR 450/- per pound.

They has a wide parking area. Outside the store you can get eatables like samosas, cone icecream etc. They has the large variety of houshold items and also has a grocery store and bakery. They make hygienic food in the bakery. You can also get ready made gift baskets their. The whole environment is very friendly and fully air conditioning. Its not compulsory that you enter the store you should buy anything. You can also go for a visit their.

Such a great place but all staff including management was laziest.

Parking is wide and aligned. Staff is good & cooperative, Elevation is excellent.But ugly inside. No sequence of products arrangement. Lighting is simple not attractive. Electric Lift is horrible & smelly. Expensive & Outdated bakery itemsm. Well today was last visit.

Average store and above average prices.They have to stop moving stuff and readjusting everything over and over again, especially in the bakery section.A bit costly too. Taste is just above the average. Cleanliness is great here. But huge parking issue. You will not go empty handed. Huge variety for which they will cost you. Every product, say an average product is expensive than the market price. Which you can find easily at an affordable price!Play area has some defaulted machines and old hand me down toys from charities.

Friendly staff. Products well arranged and maintained. Neat and clean place to shop for your everyday needs.

I went with a friend and got 2 sandwiches and 2 patties. Both of us ate our sandwich, and I ate my patty, my friend however shared half of his patty with his brother.In the morning all three of us had severe food poisoning, excruciating pain and fever, had to vivist the doctor and all of us had stomach infection. It has been 2 days and Im barely better.I am going to write a detailed complain to Punjab food authority along with food receipts and doctor prescriptions. Very disappointed at Rahats food, it is one thing to serve rotten food, and an another level of low to sell poisonous food.

Its a good store. There are many things like grocery items, clothes, baby items and beautiful pots. There is a fun corner for kids where they can play games . I would refer this place to friends and family and would definitely be visiting it again by myself.

All variety of bakery items are available. Excellent reputation in the industry. Cheese cake, special birthday cake or simply looking for a sweet Brownie, Black forest, Danish Rye Bread, Raisin croissants. Biscuits, pastries, bread etc etc. It is a Bakery working since 1950.Islamabad bakery name has been changed i suppose

Rahat bakers was a very famous and renowned name among bakers for anyone living in Lahore but sadly they have destroyed their standards. Having suffered diarrhea after eating their bakery stuff I can surely say they need to upgrade and then maintain their standards.

Cooperative and Suppoting Staff of Rahat Store

Rahat used to be much better with their previous store layout. They recently changed their layout and I am sorry but it is a complete failure. Not only does it makes the department store look ugly, the shopping experience is just good anymore.

Things here have changes dramatically. I dont know if there is a new management or some new policies but I had the worst shopping experience ever last time I visited Rahat.I was forced to drop certain items from my groceries just because there was some discount going on and no one was allowed to purchase more than one unit of such items. Poorly managed policies.Some stores near Rahat are way better for monthly groceries and shopping. I would recommend exploring other options nearby.

My personal experience is not good. This store in our society , but when ever I got chance to visit it was pathetic ...staff is not well trained , behaviour of staff is not satisfactory. Over all rahat is my last choice if I couldnt find other place to go. I am not satisfy at all.

Superb grocery and bakery store. Prices are very reasonable; fresh fruits and vegetable also available at reasonable prices. Best time to buy veg and fruits is dirst half of the day. Gaming zone and playland for kids also there at top floor.Meat One Shop and Pharmacy also inside premises.

Told Pizza ready in 10 minutes, checking 10 minutes on checking found that it had not even been prepared as staff busy in chatting. Internal fights among different sections, wrong information given about availability of products.Good place to shop, but small preventable problems create bad impressions.
