First time I visited neuro ward. I do not have any idea about the quality of the service provided to the patients as I dont have any direct experience of it. But at the moment I visited the one thing I noted that there is no arrangement of sitting or waiting for the people come with patients. There is an hall marked as waiting area but it was completely locked I dont know why it was like this.
