Worst experience ever... trying to get appointment since long.... but their phone number didnt respond.. when ever we get call connected they always ask to call next day for appointment ..... to whom they are giving appointment when their phone were not responding..... very rude staff..... no sence of respect for patient.....

Doctor Nasrullah is so disrespectful to his patients.. He lacks major ethics of his field.As a doctor he is supposed to be patient to listen to the Problems of the patients.. His method of attending the people is no more of a illiterate person.Patient have to be there to get his appointment.. And he has a System of looting people.. If you dont end up within a selected number of patients you have to pay a 1000rs more to be on his attending list.They dont even answer their phone calls and always ask people to be there to get the appointment for the next day...He is just a doctor and its his duty to treat the patient... Shame on him.

Their behaviour is as rude as you can think of. They’re not running a hospital but a business with an attitude. I wish they could ever feel this experience when it comes to their beloved life saving case happen.

They are not human in this clinic. They treat patients like animals. You call like mad for appointments and they talk like dogs. Call at 0330 pm, otherwise you dont get appointment. Change your methodology please. You are cruel. you play with patients.

Such a terrible experience to visit his clinic as worst appointment procedure which we have never seen before.

We start giving time at sharp 1530 and 40 slots are filled in 15 to 20 min. We have to refuse other patients. However walk in patients are adjusted against no show patients., but then you have to wait, dont know how long. We cannot help accommodating patients beyond our capacity. Previously we use to give time to all the caller and waiting time became 2 months long. Then everyone was annoyed that they can not wait for two months. Management, neuroclinic

Trying to call from 3:30 but number busy every time and after call pick up 3:50 said no time for tomorrow... Nor emergency check up... Worst language use on call by operator
