Lahores known hospital on Jail Road. All kind of medical services, and all good consultant doctors are available 24 hours a day. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Neat environment. This is a private hospital, so they charge a bit high.

Staf not cooperative. For the labour and gainey patient do not come to this hospital. Because ots 2:34 i bring my sister. They said your are not assisted to any doctor they didnt even give first aid. Even the doctor didnt came out to see. Please tale care of your self and dont come in case of emergency for pregnancy... I didnt record otherwise Ill for sure upload bthe video

Good hospital with all cardiac and other facilities. doctors are qualified staff is good inside farmacy. but it is quite expensive.

Pretty poor condition of rooms and toilets.Specifically toilets was very dirty.Nursing Staff is good but room service is very very disappointing .Minimum room charges 12500 including MO charges which is very highest rate of this type of room and services.Treatment is depending on your physician.Elevator is also in bad condition even some times scary.

My mother recently had bypass surgery at Omar hospital and cardiac center. The cardiac surgeon, Dr. Mazhir- ur- rehman is an excellent surgeon and very caring about his patients but the overall services of the hospital are pathetic. The nurses are so irresponsible. We used to call them repeatedly to give medicines to the patient. We took VIP room but still it was full of cockroaches and above all the sterilization of the hospital is so substandard that my mother got infected by herpes after the surgery. This is so alarming and its my humble request to the hospital administration to please take notice of such negligence.

Pathetic hospital, pathetic staff and child specialists. They are no less than butchers. Kindly refrain from taking your loved ones over there. The staff (reception staff specially) lack manners on how to treat the patients and their attendants. Please avoid going there.

Extremely poor hygiene standards are maintained with no pest control, my first impression was that, this is not a hospital for humans and might be for cockroaches. Mopping tool had a pungent smell and very dirty.Unprofessional staff, MO (medical officer) lady on May 1st, 2019 night shift came to check the patient and had no idea that she was in the wrong room. Luckily, my brother who is a doctor himself caught her carelessness and raised a flag immediately.ICU seems like a ward with no attention to details and extreme carelessness by staff.

One star coz there exists no option lower than this. Sincere advise, never visit this hospital. The only treatment they have are those temporary pain killers that eventually swells the injected area. A BIG NO.Visit National Hospital DHA (money making but very professional with appropriate treatment), highly recommended.

Over priced hospital few doc are nice rest of them are very rude especially dr Zubair the cardiologist he mistreated us in emergency and even charged us for that. And their main aim is to delay the patients discharge to enhance their bills

Over priced hospital, They doctors have a long lists of patients outside their doors, even after they provide you with an appointment, its impossible to get your turn without waiting for at least 45 - 60 mins.I had an appointment with the Rheumatologist (Mesam Rizvi) Doctors behavior is polite, he listens to your carefully but like all the other private doctors in Pakistan he is in the profession to make money and even after paying them their desired fee you still have to wait on the cold steel chairs for more than half an hour. No respect for the humanity.

Omar Hospital on jail Road one of the worst hospital. Their doctors are not doctors, they are butchers. My friends 2 years old had a cut on her finger, he took her to that hospital and asked for the first aid. A doctor came in rather than providing first aid to her the doctor asked him what is his profession and what he do. He then checked his daughter’s finger and said arrange 40,000 Rs just to treat a cut. he said what????are you serious.he took his daughter to next door hospital Mid City Hospital and they provided her with first aid and did not charge even a single rupee.What a shame Omar Hospital.All my friends and relatives never visit that hospital, they are very doughy, helpless and hopeless.

I were operated here for spinal cord tumor by Dr Shahzad Shams. very expirenced and good Dr. but its very expensive and also they care about money aspect more. but over all it was very good treatment by Dr and staff.Yes, parking issue is there, almost no place to park your car there.

They have Dr.Nuzhat in the guinea ward. does anyone has any idea or experience show much she excels and do they have good nursery in omar hospital?

Expensive but definitely worth it. This hospital came a long way, Im confident its one of the best hospitals in Lahore if not Pakistan. Great doctors and nurses from some of the best universities in Pakistan, good hospital food and great medical advice. Clean with great staff. It is a bit pricey but if youve got the money this is the hospital for you.

Salam everyone,Just sharing my experience with you guys. I just had a check-up from a physician named Dr.Adil Iqbal today on the 09/11/18 and had such a worst experience than ever.He doesn’t have any moral conduct and nice communication skills.The way he talks and behaves with the patients is awful.Sounds like he takes them for granted after ripping off them by his high charges(which according to him can be increased depending upon the patients!).He tells something else on the telephone and once you are there he might charge you so much more.Interestingly,dont expect a satisfactory consultation for those unfair charges.I wonder how Punjab Health Commission lets such nasty Dr’s work in a famous hospital as the physician’s statements about their charges should not be kept hidden or should have any contradiction once one has already booked the appointment.I hope Omer Hospital will take an appropriate action on his sick/violent behaviour and business-minded attitude.By the way who knows if he has an authentic medical degree or not as the way he talks and perceives things does not seem like he is an educated person or even a genuine doctor:/ extremely disappointed by his services today and will not visit Omer Hospital again.

Yes it is a money making hospital but still good for one treatment and its just coz of that doctor dont know how long will he be there and its specialised for spinal cord tumour.

Very expensive hospital

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. I beg of you guys to please find a better hospital to care for your loved ones. My relative had a septal myectomy done at this hospital and encountered sever postoperative complications. I understand that these conditions are sometimes unmanageable, but this hospitals effort, communication, and professionalism is unsatisfactory. The ICU condition is horrific, the staff is careless, and I hate to say this, but they are all after money. May Allah save anyone from choosing this facility. The doctors did not update any family members about the condition of the patient. It seems as if the staff is also under qualified. Although I myself am no doctor, but upon research I found many holes in the methods of the surgeons at Omar Hospital.

Its a pity for medical profession that these kind of money mongering hospitals are there in Lahore. The administration should be ashamed also. For 10 days, we paid above 4.5 Lacs, and medicines were separate, the rates of which were expensive than other pharmacies. Dr. Buland akhtar and Dr. Riaz tasneem are just butchers. I am from New Jersey USA. My brother was admitted to this hospital and the doctors at this hospital are horrible. They told us nothing in terms of how sick he was and how they were treating him. Specifically Doctor Basit, Doctor Nouman, and even the owner Abdul Aziz Rana they are all responsible for his death!They killed him even though his sickness was not something major. They let him die by not even treating him properly and over dosing him with medication.To anyone who goes to this hospital beware! They do not care about humans and have no regard for lives of people. We told them hundreds of times to treat my brother for days and they waited last minute to treat him and let him die. Even in their ICU they do nothing. The doctors do not even come to check on the patients. Even when they do, they tell the family nothing. I called them so many times to ask about my brothers health they never picked up my phone.As Muslims should there not be some regard of human life. As doctors a persons life is in your hands: a persons life in an Amaanat of Allah. Being careless with Allahs Amaanat is pure evil. Its name should be changed to Omar Hotel. The doctors are worse than crooks and quacks. Mostly, they are thinking about ways to make money. Above all, extremely poor administration. God will definitely pay them back what they deserve.

This hospital is after your money. Just a band of crooks. My wife had a migraine attack and I took her there in emergency. The nurse on the advice of doctor wrote me medicine and drip set. She also included like half dozen syringes and a thermometer. Which were never used in the treatment.If a person from management is reading, act quickly cause your reputation is sinking like ordinary Government Hospitals. Read the reviews and you will know your worth.

Cleaning staff is too much rude

Parking in front of Hospital or near to hospital is a big issue. Specially when you are with patient alone and you will have to let the patient wait until you properly park your car somewhere. Sometimes this is so painful and hectic.

They are the thieves and bunch of crooks. The fees is killing and best of all the medicine is triple the price. All the treatments end with the stay in the hospital and the young doctors are kids working in the field of medicine.The emergency fees is undetermined. They can charge whatever they feel like.If you have emergency then visit only, Other then that choose other doctor not these butchers!Professional of medical is about helping people! not making bucks!

My mum has been treated their & passed away after 3 days . I dont want to be happened to any one else . Thats not a hospital thats just a buisness . ICU staff & duty Doctors very careless they are there to kill their duty time staff on the door wouldnt let you see your relatives unless you pay them money thats the way they work playing &Taking advantage of the needy people .Doctors have overdosed my mum & made her heart to work lot faster than normal in the age of 65 after 3 days her heart couldnt cope & stopped working & she died . Doctors put ventilator on even she was passed away imagine what type of human doctors they are I do Dua may Allah SWA save us from these evil doctors & this type of buisness they are playing with needy people.
