Nice and courteous staff. They follow Coronavirus SOPs. They accommodated me when I reached 1 minute before closing time while there were 4 others already waiting to be served. Took 10 to 15 minutes for my turn to arrive after closing time but they served me even after 10 to 15 minutes after closing time because I had entered the shop a minute before closing time. Thats why I am delighted and giving 5 stars.

Store is very good. The people in it are very cooperative and helpful. I have been here multiple times for returning a product and everytime they listen to you instead of making excuses. This is a very huge benefit of using daraz. Many a times the product is damaged and of low quality, and you can easily return the product.The customer support people are fast and always help the customer. Very recommended store.

I received a broken item from a supplier & went to Township office to return.The Manager took the faulty item and checked throughly.it take about two minutes to complete the returning procedure. The staff is very much professional and cooperative.

Dont buy anything on instalment from daraz. They are cheaters, when it comes about installment. Please dont look at savings they are offering. They are offering zero % but charging double than any bank as processing fee and you wouldnt be able to talk with them as they are working online only.

Really like this Daraz self Pickup point service. Just received my Customized Keychains from here and saved the delivery cost.

They took my parcel rejected its return and never gave me my money back ! Its been a month Im asking for refund but their telling me to wait for 3-4 days and since then a month had passed !! Such an unprofessional attitude shown by daraz ordered for the first time and greatly dissapointed at their pathetic service!! Plz dont take risk by ordering from daraz they can fool you anytime...
