Visit was pathetic, they betrayed us. They are making huge compromises on quality and services.We tried to buy a dinner set for which they hidden the broken parts and mixed two sets to complete one.When highlighted, they refused straightforward and said this is the design of this set as to have different prints, which they agreed afterwards that they were lying.

Pretty much does the job for a one stop grocery experience but could really do with better space management and alleys being defined or revised in a much better manner to house most imp items on GF or basement instead of running on all 4 floors.

Cheap, clean, wide variety of products are available in this store. I would recommend shopping in the Holy month of Ramadan when they are also distributing tickets for Umrah. Overall experience was very poor. Im used to visiting it frequently every month. However, after todays experience I am having second thoughts. The helping staff is too busy talking with the female staff. The grocery packing guy was more interested in making sure his hair is all set n fine. The variety of oil n ghee has now reduced to 2 to 3 known brands only. Definitely not worth it anymore.

It is my humble request to be careful while walking around the shelves, if any glass jar falls and breaks, even you not at the fault, the pathetic and poor looking staff will gather around you, force you to pay the charges, gather the debris of that jar in a bag and present you to take with you. Every one is pathetic and rude even the so called customer caring store manager with some odious smile on his face will blame you. RIP
