Assalam o Alaikum!Respected Administrator,Very poor service of doctor and staff also rude and nonguided.we are going from 10 days and waiting a long time for check up going 2.30 and coming 7 or 8 pm. I have problem in left eye they checked my eyes since 10 days we paid the octp fee and injection fee also but the injection day they told me your right eye having problem and they will inject right eye so i refuse to treat i show the report as well they tell us come tommorow for check up. Its unacceptable.I so depressed of this kind of treatment.Awaiting response from you.Thanks in advanced for your consideration

Hospital is gud but staff is so rude and non cooperative, dr is bad as well, just returned me back to the counter to make a new slip, bcox he say, he cant check u on this slip, r the dr crazy?

A very good Trust hospital with caring and disciplined staff. I experienced with kind doctors who are keen to help patients. Number of people through out the province visit this hospital, at least more than 1000 eye patients are being examined / treated in that hospital. May Allah bless three management, staff, doctors and everyone who is concerned to this hospital.

Good service and good atmosphere.

It is good hospital and free for poor people. It has all facilities like reception, waiting room, Operation Theater, doctors, nurses………BUT…doctors do not listen to patients, do not talk to them. Nurses pushes patients in hurry, so that only 2 minutes should be spend on one patient. Just imagine how thousands of patients are checked-up by only 3 doctors in a day.Humbleness to patients is zero by illiterate nurses.

I took my mother who is very ill and old to Al Ehsan Eye Hospital today. Dr. Syed Abdullah Mazhar saw my mother. I personally doubt this guys experience. After making her run around in different floors of Al Ehsan Eye Hospital for various expensive tests, this man says that all the tests are clear but I am unable to diagnose the problem. It seems to me if he only know the routine work of a technician. On top of it, his attitude towards patients and explaining issues, is another concern. Very rude and not respectful to old people. I hope and pray that we get rid of businessman like doctors.

My father got eye operation there, but it was unsuccessful and the doctor ask us to go under the knife again. We had no option so my father got second operation from the same doctor and unfortunately it was unsuccessfull again. There was a lack of appointment system also. Usually have to wait for 2,3 hours
