Worst hospital of the world, they have killed/murdered my grandmother by overdose, and by giving her the medications she didnt require, they didnt even bothered to answer that why and what were they giving to her, doctors have shown cold shoulder about everything asked and not bothered to go to ICU and see the condition of patient,they have zero idea of handling patients, such a merciless group of people, sucking blood of innocents going there to get treated without any hesitation. May Allah almighty not forgive them ever

A good hospital setup, better than government hospitals.I happened to visit Dr abubakar Shahid, oncologist here.He is a great doctor.There is no prior appointment system. He is there on Tuesday and Friday from 7-8pm.First come, first serve strategy.I didnt have to wait alot for him.He was in time and we got free from hospital in half an hour maximum.

Worst experience ever specially with Dr.bazigh Awan he is such a rude and moody doctor who does not listen to the patients carefully and even if in case of urgency patient calls him during business hours he attends the call and when you start telling your issue to get guidance then he drops the call. I dont know from where he has got his education but he doest not have any manners at all. My brother got his surgery done by him and my mother asked for some guidance about my brother from him very humbly but he behaved so rudely and said chalo ab niklo yahan se . I mean who the hell he is? We have paid fully and in return even we dont deserve to be at least treated humanly. He is prha likha jahill doctor ever. Kis bat ka it itna garoor ha jahil insan?

I took my niece to paeds emergency the nurses there only checked her vitals and the doctor inside goes like you guys need to go see a ent specialist which I understand she didnt even do effort to atleast check her ear clean it and prescribe something for her pain for time being relief being a general doctor she might atleast have that much knowledge so I just felt the staff is too lazy bad experience

Last week my wife is admitted in hospital I lost a bill amount 5000 during discharge again hospital take 5000 I just want to know they dont have any records why we are keeping all invoices please look into this because family members already disturb and hospital management put extra pressure.

My father was suffer from stomach upset and severe weakness. In emergency, I requested to doctor several times to admit my father and put him for drip, but he only suggest ingestion & and said to go home. My father was not able to eat and eventually I had to again take him to hospital at 4:am. This is very bad of doctor in emergency.I will also ad that at ward in basement mm2 sisters were very cooperative and did their duty well. The sisters were punctual and had enough knowledgeable to attend patient. Checking blod pressure, sugar, giving medicines, blood tests and lastly discharge from hospital.

Reception staff is very ill mannered, also emergency is too small to accommodate local emergency patients adequately.

Absolutely pathetic services in this hospital. The staff is the completely incompetent, no professionalism in the attendants, receptionists etc. No proper system at all anywhere. Just to get admitted on insurance, I had to take 5 trips from third floor to the receptionist at ground floor, because kisi ko pata hi nahi k admittance on insurance ka actually procedure kia hai. Sari sifaarshi incompetent bhartian lagi hoi hain which makes your blood boil

My father died there. I despise that place. They called and said hes not well and I should come soon. I arrived in 15 minutes. His ventilator machines were already unplugged and they were preparing his body for transport.Maybe Im not the right person to give this review. Doctors are only interested to accumulate their fee as much as they can. They know the patient is going to die soon, theyre only greedy and selfish and keep diagnosing false ailments to cash a dying man as much as they can. Theyre not human, theyre blood sucking vampires.

This Hospital Saves my life. i dont know about any other department but if you want to do SURGERY OPERATION, its a great hospital.You Should Come & Meet with Doctor Brigadier MUHAMMAD AFZAL in OPD Department. His fee is 1300/rs For Checkup. I know its a bit costly than the government hospital but they are charging right price at all :-) im happy now & living happy life. He Removed my Benign Tumor from face. You can ask me if you have any question about this hospital. i was admit there for 3 days & know everything.

Much expensive with good care

This is a trust hospital but does not offer much of the services for free. The range of consultants is very good and some of the top doctors you can reach here. Since the hospital has grown up acquiring more land on the sides, it is slightly difficult to go through different compounds for a new visitor. Very bad parking system and slightly complicated to bring in an emergency patient even though the staff is very cooperative at the gate and there are wheelchairs available at the entrance. They have a restaurant that serves quality food at nominal prices.

Unfortunately I had to go to the emergency at iteffaq hospital and found the staff very casual and unprofessional. They didnt have clean sheets and tried to make two patients sit on one bed! It is unbelievable that in this day and age medical professionals lack empathy and compassion. I would urge the management to be more efficient and keep a check on all employees.

Best hospital in lahore

Hospital is fine and expensive but named with TRUST should be not expensive one. Too much rush everywhere and doctors have high fees though.

Very good location with easy approach through the public transport as well. Services are not up to the mark. Apart from the VIP rooms rest of the others are just fair enough. Doctors are good but rest of the paramedical staff should be more polite with the patients.

A good hospital in many departments and i get a lot of good input before visiting their but my experience is not that it was averaged. it is expensive as well but they are unable to justify their charges, 4700/Day for Ramzan block is not justified at all.

A good facility with reasonable charges. Have a experience of paediatric cardiac surgery. Excellent facility with excellent staff. Provided all the needs to patients without any delay. Pathology Lab, Blood Bank, OPD, Accident and emergency, Canteen, a beautiful masjid and all tge things which is required for patients is provided. However parking is out side the main gate. Limited parking inside for doctors only.

The hospital has 24/7 emergency room and a pharmacy. Congested setting and is usually crowded. They offer adequate emergency room visits for a mere 100Rs(less than 1 USD) per patient.

They killed my dear brother, he came for vacation in Pakistan, and got bad headache, for two weeks Ittefaq hospital was treated him so bad and gave him all wrong strong medicine, Usman Muqeed was a doctor, who didn’t even know how to study MRI images, and who didn’t even know what to diagnose, first they told us he had blood cloth then stroke, then TB, then just viral infection, and they started TB medicine and stopped and started again, doctor even don’t know you can’t just start and stop and start antibiotic medicine, because of their wrong treatment, they also used needles which was not clean , and that’s why my brother got Miningtaities, when we got doctors involve from out of country they moved him to doctor hospital and they found out he had csf fluid in brain which they could see in MRI images, and I Could see it too but amazing doctors on Ittefaq couldn’t see any thing and that doctor usman what kind of doctor is he , he couldn’t see it either, out of country stats have all proff they treated my brother wrong, and they also bend him to the bed, how crazy they are, just hungry for money and nothing, whole staff was such a lier, and they forget they have to ANSWER ALLAH one day, u can hide as much you want here, but you can’t hide from Allah, he see , and listen all Ameen... on doctor hospital in Lahore they said we bring him late his correct treatment just started 5 days , and on Ittefaq hospital they wasted 20 days... unfortunately we couldn’t save my brother, but I’m giving badua to everyone who treated him bad , aur janpuch kar uske sath bura kiya, do uske sath bhi wohi haal ho Ameen my brother was just 40 and had two year old daughter, and left old mother, he was so loving and caring person, he loved his family , everyone... but everything is ruined ... our world is ruined ...

Doctors here at emergency are literly illitrate. They do not k ow how to treat patients. What is good and what is bad for the patients. Its good hospital and have latest medical equvopment. Its very neat and clean. All medical staf is well qualified . Emergency ward is very good and cheap buy all other private rooms are expensive.

Itnhai ghatia pediatric named aslam malik who always give his personal number just to show that he is concerned about your child. But when u call him and ask about prescription (given by this so called) he always said apko bara clearly bta dia gia tha. I have CABG surgery on 25 Sept 2014,I found this hospital / ICCU as best compare to other A class Hospitals of the country, Doctors and all health care workers are well behaved,polite,humble,friendly ,neat clean appearance and have professionally abilities.A place and envoirment need little make up.Now very recently (2016) I felt things are not as good as it was in 2014.now standard of this hospital decreased.

Out door service is ok. for 150 PKR you can have checkup. but to get admit there and have there service very expensive.

Butchers and crooks, all they care about is money. Dr atiq uz zaman is a careless doctor he did the surgery of my mother who had a broken arm, the surgery was carelessly conducted resulting in scattered fragments of bones in the arm. Furthermore the X-ray immediately after the op showed that bone was not connected properly and there was a clear gap which should not have been there. I consulted senior doctors doctors in Islamabad later who remarked that it was a surgeons irresponsibility. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hospital..
