Went there just to get some information. It was an extremely frustrating experience. Staff is very RUDE. The environment feels worse than Services Hospital. You are not allowed to take pictures even of the department schedules.Their call center transfers calls without listening to the query. No social distancing is insured.Didnt get any priority for entitled Senior citizens check up, hospital fee deposit, medical test sample collection or medicine collection counter. To get medicines not alloted on the medicine counter, you have to go to the Store located in the basement of main building. Thankfully, their online internal Oracle system ensures you get allotted all the medicine prescribed by the doctor. The complaint mechanism is to put your application in a suggestion box or write in a register at the reception. On second visit, on a Saturday, I met with 3 different doctors. All 3 were very polite and experienced.Beneficiary department timings : 12-2pmTuesday, Thursday, SaturdayThe lady of registration desk is very kind and polite.Bring copies of service book, pension book, cnic, and 2 snaps.ENT department doesnt have hearing testing facility. They refer you to RA Bazar clinic, Jugnu Darul basarat. Regular fee there is 1000/ but Fauji foundation referees get tested for free.Registration Card: 100Hospital fee: 100Car park fee: 20Bike parking fee: 10Chest X-ray fee: 50

I have visited this hospital several times if any emergency is arrived. Hospital has never disappointed me in any matter. It has cooperative staff and professional doctors. It also offers benefits to armed forces and government employees and it is affordable by civilians as well.Has pharmacy, emergency, wards, private check ups and canteens. It is serving the area in the best way.

So my mom was scheduled for a D&C at this hospital under Dr Tahira. She was NPO ( not eating anything ) because she was to go under a procedure at 9am. She reached there on time. Poor patient services by staff and very rude people. There were no surgical gowns till 1 pm and doc was not present even tho the scheduled time was 9am. Labour room was poorly managed. Very chaotic and untidy. So after being admitted for 5 hours, she was told to leave the hospital by Dr Tahira because she was asking for the doctor again n again.Imagine being hungry for over 12 hours, not taking her blood medications and not drinking water in this weather.A big no from me. Dr Tahira herself is a rude person, have zero interpersonal skills and have a bad rapport.P.S. my mother was immediately seen by a doc in CMH as she was in pain. They gave her medication and scheduled the D&C at a later date to give medication a chance first. Guess Dr. Tahira was not capable enough to suggest a less invasive treatment first and wait for the response.

Today my parents took my 2 month old triplet brothers for circumcision. After the doctor had performed surgery on the first one, instead of taking him under observation, he quickly handed his lifeless body to my parents, and took the second one to the operation theater. My mom banged on the doors but they had locked it and by the time they opened it my other brother was unconscious too. My parents contacted my uncle who is a surgeon and he said that according to him they are supposed to be dead. Their heartbeat literally stopped, and they couldnt breath. The hospital didnt even have a ventilator available and they pumped oxygen manually. Its a miracle that they are even breathing right now. Moreover, they had the nerve to ask my father to sign some documents, but he demanded that first they should ensure that his children are safe.Im glad they didnt take away the third triplet.Their situation is still critical and it is medical malpractice to discharge a patient before the patient is stable enough, and especially if the patient is an infant. I would advise patients not to go there.

Good hospital. All the time doctors available to attend in emergency. The problem is parking, even for drop off you have to pay even though its 20rs for car, still just for 2-3mins you have to pay. And if you are admitted in hospital and you are shifted from ward to operation theatre and back to ward within same day, they will charge you half day extra for ward and the accounts office cant do anything about it because as per him, its the IT departments fault and he told them many times to update the system but IT people are lazy and dont do it. Even canteen rate is higher than normal market rates. Rest all is fine.

I think Fouji Foundation is overrated. I also fell to the relatively high rating overall. However, the visit to pulomonologist was not helpful. I found that the consultant was interested more in the other problems that he saw in me instead of the chest infection that i had. Only logical test that he proposed was a chest x ray which showed infection in my lungs. However he was more keen in fixing my apparently not-so-straight spine for which he offered very good advice. He prescrined a list of medicines at least two of which appeared irrelevant to my ailment. He even misspelled some medications :-) with this said, the place is good in case of an emergency but am ot sure if it is good for general treatment purposes. Please read this review only in the light of one persons visit to one consultant for a chest infection.

Me and my wife had a best treatment from Dr Tahira Fatima. She is a noble lady and doesnt treat her patients like a butcher and going for Caesarian. My wifes case was normal and Dr. Tahira kept trying her best to keep it normal. Alhamdulillah both mother and baby boy are safe and healthy after normal case. Hospital expenses were also very economical as compared to private hospitals as I am a local civilian in Lahore.

We had a terrible experience with the night shift staff nurse. My wife took our 1 year old baby who was really sick and needed drip since he had severe dehydration. And the on duty nurse was extremely rude jase koi ehsaan ker rahi ho serve ker k. We paid our dues before the treatment and still she was behaving jase free service offer ker rahi ho. Also the night nurse kept coming to gradually increase the dosage speed of the drip so the drip can be finished soon and she can get rid of a patient quicker. Extremely unprofessional and could have been really harmful for the baby.Fauji Foundation management just because you are an army run institution doesnt mean your staff can behave anyway they like to the patients. You need to take strict action against such pathetic staff and fire them.A mother visiting a hospital at mid night is already worried sick of her babys health and thats how your staff treat her???? Earlier I had good faith in this hospital but not anymore. And hygiene conditions are extremely poor. Also there was no air conditioning available and on top of that a sweeper even turned off the fan of the place where a 1 year old sick baby was being treated! Seriously there is no humanity left in people.I am extremely angry and disappointed when my wife told me about this rudeness of your staff. Youve such animals in your staff.

Somewhat economical and cooperative staff. VIP rooms are better, however, it will be nice to see if the Maintenance staff keeps these rooms and services maintained and updated. The environment is usually clean or you have to ask them to cleanup. It is advised that the helping staff should not skip/forget patients baths or necessary routines.
