It’s a good hospital overall with known specialists for over the years. Has become expensive in last decade following the footsteps of some other notorious but known hospitals.

Lifetime worst experience been to Aadil hospital. Extremely poor services in all respects. Couple of Doctors are good but the management, staff are pathetic and rude. If you want to see the bulk of beggars you can find all in the hospital all the day begging for the tips. Rooms are full of cockroaches. You can see from the uploaded pictures of the main washrooms. Pathetic and smelly round the clock.

This is the most atrocious hospital I have been to, they were giving medication which was not relevant to the patient and done this just so they could get extra money. A staff member called tehreem was extremely rude not allowing me and my family to see my grandmother unless she wanted us to. The staff in this hospital are diabolical with no manners or respect for the patient and visitors. At one point they even got caught bringing strangers into the HDU and giving the patient abuse. Would never recommend this hospital.

Today i went in the emergency sector because my father had a breath problem... so he wanted some oxygen.... the hospitality of the hospital was rude. ... like they were playing with lifes.... my father was begging to gove him the oxygen ... but the response was simple... we couldnt do it we have to do some... test..... we said alright do the test but first give him thr oxygen but. the response was still the same ..... This was said byDOCTOR...... HIRA....i dont know what she thinks... she thinks she is a goddess and treat people like minions...... if you want to kill your love ones without any hitman please come to this place.and they will leave no evidence at all

Unprofessional and illiterate staff sitting on reception.

The staff is friendly. They have some really good doctors on their panel. I usually go their for my childrens checkup. Their paediatrician is really good. But this is where the dream service ends. Rooms are not up to the mark. One can see cockroaches roaming rather taking leasurely walks. Leaky washrooms. Airconditiong not working properly etc I had them change my room and spray it a many times....

If you are pregnant and wanna deliver normal then avoid this hospital and especially Dr.anis because she is one of those who believes that she is a goddess not just a gynaecologist and thinks that all of her patients are brainless. I clearly told her that I would like to deliver vaginally especially that I had a previous c section so I didnt wanna go through another one which means I have to deliver continously through c sections. I aslo told her that I have been to 3 different gynaecologists who clearly told me they would do a c section and that I was looking for a hospital where they would let me go through labour and let me take my chance so she lied to me and said yes of course and gave me her word that she would give me a time frame of 6 hours, during that if labour progress then she would let me go on with normal delivery but if doesnt then she would do a c section. So I agreed and went along with her until the day I had my labour and thats when I rushed to the hospital after 2 hours of contractions. My husband called her to tell that we were heading to the hospital and that I was in labour but her reply was go to national hospital because she assumed that I would need a c section and probably she wanted to pump more money into her pocket since they charge almost 3.5 lacs for c section at national hospital. I admit We should have known at that moment that she has already planned to operate on me and not to let me go on with my labour. We refused to go to national and ended up in aadils hospital. I was already 6 cms dilated and after an hour It got to 9 cms and then 15 mins later she said she cant wait anymore and that baby should have been out by that time. When I said its been an hour and half only since I came and you told me you would wait 6 hours then she said fine up to you and asked to sign on a paper that says she isnt responsible for any fetal distress!! Oh and she didnt wanna leave the CTG device be on through out the labour ( my guess is she wanted me to get worried about the baby situation and not know how was fetal heartbeat going on). They would only turn the device on for 3 mins every half an hour. I was the only lady in labour at that moment so I didnt get why wouldnt they let the CTG be on throughout. Its the protocol in other hospitals but not in here. Of course after pressuring us this way we ended up signing in for c section which wasnt required at all. And when I saw the way she stitched me back, i was even more devastated. My previous scar was straight and almost invisible but she left a horrible curvy scar on my tummy. When I commented on that, her reply was it cant be straight and it doesnt matter unless you wanna wear a bikini on the beach!!.one more thing, when I confronted her about the fact that she rushed me into an unnecessary major surgery and even sent her a medical link to support my side of the story after she has asked me to show her where does it say that labour can take hours (not just 5 mins as she claimed) after being dilated, she couldnt debate with me and blocked me. She is a butcher not a doctor.

As far as emergency sevices are concerned it has seperate ER for children where 24 hours services are available. Services are good and professional.

Safe yourself and dont ever go there. They make your bills of luxury hospitail and their care is even worse then any local Government HospitailThis is not a hospitail but a  bussiness unit where people from top to bottom care about how much money they can squeeez out of you.By all means we had worst experience of medical care in Aadil hospital DHA Lahore.They dont have adequate and qualified medical staff.The doctors put responsibility on nurses, nurses put it on paramedical staff.All they do is gossiping and chatting or eating oranges in the middle of ICU.Height of unprofessionalism is , that staff including on call doctors are on phones all the time. The nurses attenting calls while tending patients.There is no concept of hygine cleaning of bed ridden patients, no regular mouth cleansing, no cleaning faces. Not even changing sides. If you are unfortunate one to have your family in their so called intensive care unit (ICU) your patient will end up having bedsores and worse physical condition possible. There have been several cases I saw where the recovering patients sent back to ICU because of the misplaced nasogastric tube that ended up in patients lungs instead of stomach. Resulting in fatal pneumonia and other life threatening complications .Once you are addimited here you are responsible for gloves, surgical hats, cotton  , spirit and all the basic necessities of a basic medical unit.  Nurses dont bother to check what medicine the patient already have in drawer,they keep writing you 10k rps worth of medicine every 4 hours.After ICU they sent our patient to general ward , they offered private room/executive suites which are ridiculously expensive yet lack of any emergency equipment.The general ward is pathetic and disgusting. Dirty bathrooms, depressing dim lights and cocroaches.The cleaning staff mafia bothers you for chaa paani everytime they see you.If you give money to one, the news is all over and whole squad will buzz arround you.

Worst hospital of lahore I dont recommend anybody to try this fraud hospital operated by a group of gangsters. You can witness mouses all over the hospital and their group of nurses and Ayaas will surround you and demand for money all the time lead by mr fadhil who is a very known person of lahore and leading a business of illegal kidney transplant in office .once you are admitted their gang of Ayaas will surround you and demand for the money 24/7 , and when your patient admitted to icu their Ayaas/nurses pressurize patient for the money , their air condioned is in non working condition . Saved your loved one from this fraud hospital and try something else .Mr fadhil who is the ceo of hospital many doctors complaint about his behavior and left the hospital . Try your luck if you still dont believe .i can only pray for your regards

Worst hospital of lahore.I have worked there as dr then i came to know that owner is playing with peoples life.They have kept matric pass girls as nurses in emergency. They are playing with peoples life.v.rarely u will found any trained nurseBut yes u will found trained nurse in kidney transplant sideThey do kidney transplant bussiness in there ist floor icu roomOwner is a v.cheap person.cheap talk.3rd marrage with dr and that dr who is her wife she got married 4th time..
