SERIOUS READERS PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN DETAIL.I have been a customer at Shauq Traders for about 3.5 years now(proof in Photos). I own a JDM Suzuki Wagon R and started coming here for oil change and mechanical service as far as from near the airport just because I expected quality service from them and paid for expensive services.A short while back they sold me disc brakes saying that these are like the original quality at triple the price (Rs. 3200/-). The discs were so poor quality that they started damaging my rotors.A couple days ago, I went for brake oil change and brake servicing. They told me that my rotors needed resurfacing and told that the charges would be Rs. 1500. Later when the bill arrived, I was charged Rs. 2000 for lathing (Original lathing cost is Rs.700-1000). They also charged me Rs. 1500 for brake servicing Labour which I was previously told would be Rs.1000 only. They also kept half of the brake oil bottle which I was fully charged for. DURING THE BRAKE SERVICE THEY SWAPPED ONE OF MY DISC PADS WITH AN OLD ONE (please see photos, on of the brake pad is nearly worn out while the remaining 3 are in good shape). I found this out when I later examined my cars brakes visually. I also found that these so called original quality pads were metallic poor quality brake pads and not ceramic ones at triple the price. I had to change them again, this time buying Japanese ones at less than half the price.THEY ALSO OVER-GREASED MY REAR DRUM BEARRINGS WHICH JAMMED THEM and I had to get those replaced as well. The mechanic Mr. Asif openly refused to take any responsibility and denied that he never quoted less than what I was charged! THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR GIVING THEM BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 3.5 YEARS. I TRUSTED THEM AND ALWAYS HAD THE SERVICE WHATEVER THEY SAID, ONLY TO BE LOOTED UNFAIRLY. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND HURT.The owner seemed like reasonable person but I am afraid he is oblivious to all this as well and not care about their long lasting customer either.If they REALLY CARE, THEY WOULD ATLEAST CONTACT ME AND OFFER SOME COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE MONEY I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AT THEIR SHOP.I will change my review, if they do anything about ripping me off. UNTIL THEN, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SHOP. You can get much better service elsewhere at half the cost. I have suffered a loss of more than 8000 rupees here and that is why I have taken out the time to write such a detailed review. Please also see pictures for the proof of what I am saying.

I inquired over the phone regarding availability of parts. Upon confirmation from the store went there, waited for an hour, came back without the service as parts were still not available. Total disappointment. Dont understand why lie when you dont have parts at first place.
