It is present at ground floor.It was my first experience at this restaurant and it was not good at all. I have heard a lot of good reviews about bundukhan and i also love their sweets. Firstly, Card machine was not working and they didnt inform us about this.Secondly, for the two times, we changed the Russian Salad. Even manager was saying Mam its fresh and when i said eat it, He was like I will change it.Thirdly, first they told us that chicken steam roast is not available and after that they served it. Food quality is good, and so is ambiance. Good place to visit with family. Outside sitting is good for winters. Ginger naan and puri pratha is best here. Seating is really comfortable. If youre a desi food lover then this place is a must try. Its one of the best branches of bundu khan, and easily accessible within packages mall.

Visited there with bunch of friends and found it a good dine in restaurant in Packages Mall. Food quality is very good and staff is very cooperative. A unique ambiance makes it different from others. Light music add a sweet sound to your ears. Overall experience is very good.

Superb food

The restaurant has improved soooooo much over the years and being in a mall I thought it would be closed by now because it was so bad when it first opened. It is one of the best Bundu Khan locations ever and how it is maintaining its standards is something amazing. The management and staff is professional and curtious making the experience a good one. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for good Pakistani cuisine.

Very BAD Experience all the times. The order takers urge for order in bulk and in variety of foods. They only say that the order would take 15-20 minutes, but most of the times they serve already cooked and reheated food (sometimes not even reheated properly) in 5-7 minutes. The taste is also just AVERAGE. Food quantity remains always at lower, but the bills at extremely higher side.Overall PATHETIC experience. I have decided not to visit this place ever again in the Packages Mall and so do recommend to others.I m giving 1 star as it is required for the review to be posted, otherwise it does not deserve even 1 star.

The staff will make you order double the food you actually need. If they say that something is 2 people serving, remember that, its actually 4 people serving.The staff and order takers always tend to have you order excessive food. In front of your guests, theyll scare you that you are ordering less food. I order the amount of food they suggested, as a result, I had to bring home half of the food.The taste is good. But I really didnt like the behavior of the staff, which only focuses on increasing the sale, rather than caring the customer and guiding him how much food should be enough for them.

Had gone to Bundu Khan DHA in December and had excellent experience. on that basis, decided to have a meal at Bundu Khan Packages Mall and were terribly disappointed as chicken tikka and chappal kabab were stale and served reheated and not freshly cooked. if we ever decide to go to Bundu Khan, then will only visit Bundu Khan DHA.

This hotel is too good i had dinner there about 4 to 5 times and never get disappointed. the staff is trained. the environment is clean and fresh. they have bunch of food varaities there. and the food taste good also i odered steaks here and some BBQ items i have a good experience there. the white chicken handi is a must try dish of this hotel. i recommend a visit here.
