Best fish in Lahore. Costed Rs. 2200 and had to wait 30 min for my turn. But trust me it was worth it. And the Chatni ( sauce) was awesome.

This place offer fish (covered with basin) is season which usually starts from September and last till march/April. Fish is very famous across Lahore and its branches are increased now.

I should have given 5 star as we are their regular customers every winters and I personally liked their basin wali Fish more then the Boneless Balm Tawa Fish. But this time around i would say that they have overload the basin probably to decrease fish weigh as they also count the basin in weigh of fish. So better to eat the Tawa Fish

Fish was served hot. Naan was fresh and very good but thats normal in Lahore.The classic pakora-sryle fried fish tastes really good but these guys lack a great deal in sides. They dont have salad or raita. They dont even offer masala that to sprinkle or lemon. They do serve chanti, which tasted like it was made from apricot. It was a little bitter like the apricot seeds so, not very good. They could really use some creativity in this area.The place is relatively clean compared to similar eateries. I did however see a cat roaming around under the tables.Price is okayish.

It seems that people go to Bashir only for the Rahu fish, when I asked about tawa fish there was no one there to fry it plus the boneless fish looked a bit dry.
