This is absolute mess. A simple cake and a Pizza has taken 1.5hrs to deliver. If its not food, Id simply return these lazy bums back without taking the order. Theres no proactive communication as to why the order is delayed or when to expect it. Pakistan needs another or perhaps bigger virus threat to get these guys out of their sleep and back to active work. So far, when it comes to delivering via online, most of the retailers couldnt be bothered with any service quality whatsoever. Big ones esp.

Jalal sons used to have a great Bakery but over the last two years the quality of products have steadily declined while the prices of everything have gone up exponentially.Their breads have the biggest decline in quality. Now its just another bakery

We ordered the crispy zinger burgers and they turned out pretty bad. The buns weren’t fresh, the fried chicken patty was over cooked.The cooking staff seems to be inactive for no good reason.Management please take action !! We love you

An old name in the confectionery business - Jalal Sons has come a long way. This is their latest outlet located in DHA Phase 6. Theres Gloria Jeans, Mocca, Jaidi, Alfatah and Rainbow Cash & Carry nearby. The outlet is always well-stocked. They have a salad bar. Fresh bakery items. Some paraphernalia for your house - like coffee and jams. Some delectables for the kids. Staff is professional and cooperative. It can sometimes be rushy. Its also one of the more expensive bakeries. Having said that, what you get in the end is totally worth it!
