Very unprofessional atmosphere. Dirty leather seats, dusty interior, Indian TV dramas with loud voice, loud laughs from reception.

Phatic Experience. Fraudulent people with hunger of money and poor administration. No system for appointment. There is a reason behind that madness and that is dealing highly paid customer. You may have to wait for 4 hours literally. I have wait for exact 3:45 hours. Not even deserve single star.

A god-gifted entity with spectacular skills. A wise gentlemen always keen to help patients. My experience with him is amazing because of the effective treatment on my skin. The medicines are exported from Europe and very effective. Thankyou sir for everything.

I would not even give 1 star to this fraud of a clinic. After setting up an appointment for yesterday for 8:30pm, I reached the clinic 10 minutes before the time. They told me over the phone that there will be a waiting time of about 1 hour. I said I was okay with it. After waiting for an hour, I kept checking with the front desk, who constantly told me that the doctor is currently doing a laser treatment and will be free in 5-10 minutes. This way, 3 hours passed and I was not attended to, despite depositing my fee for consultation when I reached. Extremely unhappy, I took my money back from the reception and came back home. When I threatened to leave, they tried to tell me the same story again - the doctor will be free in 5/10 minutes and will attend to you - but I didnt buy into it and came back.Word of advice: If youre bent upon attending to only those patients who pay more money for laser treatments, then label yourself as a cosmetic doctor and not a skin specialist. Maybe have separate days for laser procedures and not make your consultation patients wait like I had to.Word of advice # 2: Stop wasting others time. If you allow people to have appointments set up, please attend to them on time rather than letting your friends and high priority patients take precedence.

Absolutely rude people working here. Disgusting location using poor machines and a very bad dermatologist. I would absolutely not ever go here for anything. I walked into this clinic and walked right out. You’re in Lahore ladies and gentlemen .. there are millions of clinics that are better then this one.

Dr has lot of people as he is popular but very poor system and management of receptionists. Lame excuses as most pakistani culture represent(sorry but I have to mention it because no one cares about time in this country). Annoying as sitting since one hour for nothing. Males cant go with their female patients as well. I would say pathetic management of Dr. He is just earning well due to area and name of place. Better to go another place where someone should care !!

Going here is a mistake so avoid it all cost. Google search some better locations nearby and make a better decision for yourself and your health.
