Toyota Walton Motors is a new showroom which is established on Qadri Mohallah side while going to Cavalry Ground from Packages Mall or Chungi Amar Sidhu. They are huge in every way of the business.They have cars, vehicles for sales, body shop for servicing and workshop for maintenance & repair as well. They also have stocks of famous Yaris model of Toyota although it is being introduced very late while comparing it with Middle East and Japan.Since they are Big so servicing and maintenance at their vicinity is also towards expensive sides. However, they offer quality in services as well.

Although the service is good. They are expensive. Around 10,000 for an air filter which costs 3500-4500 in local market of a good quality. Other than that you get oil changed, the oil wasted from your car which is going to be changed is your ownership right? NOPE. You have to pay to take that oil back.However, extra money is not that bad if they can improve their service a bit more.A little mismanaged as well, you have to forcefully park your car in a bay to get some work done

Never had good experience when booking new vehicle.Booked a couple of cars from them during past years but every time some unpleasant experience.They are nice only untill your car is booked and after that they dont care.When new car arrives you have to face the delivery department with worst attitude.Typical exploitation as elsewhere in this country.Only preferred because it was near by. Rest nothing worth coming back again.Will never book a car from here again

Service is good. Take a bit more time than estimated. Genuine parts, authorized dealership maintain your cars genuineness. Tea or coffee is served on demand for free of cost. One hour lunch break from 1pm to 2 pm. 1pm to 3pm on friday. So do your time calculations accordingly. Better to take the appointment before your arrival to avoid initial waiting. Recommended.

I am their customer since 2010, they didnt regard their customers.Toyota Indus should take strict action against this pathetic dealership

Registration dept/ person is not a responsible & active person. Toyota Walton Complete the assignment through out sourcing i.e. number plates/registration etc.Not satisfied therefore not recommended for the registration purpose.

I switched Toyota dealership thus time and came to Toyota Walton. The appointment was smooth, they were expecting me and had a bay almost ready (2 minutes for the car to back out ). The me mechanic I got was Mr Asim who was assigned by the floor manager being senior as I had a Camry for rear shocks replacement. The mechanic was super efficient and knew his job. It was a delight to watch him go about it like a well practiced routine of a surgeon, without wasted effort or waste of time. He cleaned his hands, tools and the parts constantly and did not leave a smudge anywhere. Time for change was estimated as three hours. It took less than one hour.Highly recommendedAmer Ahmad

Good services. Rates are higher than market but it gives peace of mind that we have purchased original parts because there are mostly sub standard parts available in market. Labor charges are also higher than other workshops but they provide excellent service. Staff is professional and friendly. Mostly you have to wait there for 1-2 hours.

Took my car in for repair, the entire car was covered with paint overspray, the dealership was adamant and suborn that it was not from them. even though my car had no overspray when going in. it disgusts me how they can be soo petty when all it requires is a light buff for removal. never taking my cars to Walton again
