I can only comment on the service section of the facility which I found to be very good. The workshop area is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary machinery and tools for all kind of mechanical and body works. Staff is well-trained and aware about technical faults of both local and imported Toyota cars. I would recommend that if you have a new well maintained car then come here instead of local workshops. But i think Toyota should work on keeping the service rates competitive which is quite expensive for some trivial works.

Yesterday I was visited here, for Booking My New Toyota Fortuner i met here Mr Shaheen ( Sales Manager) they are good person with great dealing skills. But they sorry us to Book Our Vehicle on mine given Timeline.But honestly speaking he is great person. They manage a Test Drive of Toyota Fortuner for us Specially. And we enjoyed lot the Test Drive.

Costly. Not good mechanical services for cars older than 10 years.For new cars & for routine maintenance, it is a fine place to go.Because they dont repair the faulty parts, they only advise u to change the whole part and buy it from them, which costs too much.

Did an oil change within 1 hour, I was happy but noticed the tech staff who did the excellent job were lacking basic tools, but the boys borrowed them from another tech and got my car out. Management should look into providing their techs the tools to do the job thus reducing down time as it’s a fairly busy place, the service manager was slooow , needed tea I guess, LoL.

Absolutely zero professionalism , disinterested workers extremely expensive , dont know their work properly specially for hybrid cars and absolutely zero value for money .

Customer dealing is good but the parts prices are terrible. I got a trunk rubber for 420 rupees which is 14 times more than market rate.

I am surprised/shocked to see almost all the technicians working in the workshop area are in slippers.Kids of customers can be seen moving freely, in the workshop area.My mask got broken and when asked to give me another mask, the customer care staff simply said they are short of supply. This is really amazing, where is the policy of stock keeping?An old man entered in the waiting area for Customers and was coughing badly, when I informed the customer facilitation desk to take appropriate action, they failed to do so. The old man kept sitting and later on he also removed the mask, thus endangering everyone sitting there. Pathetic.Safeties are not being adhered at all.No masks no gloves no shoes.Ridiculous.During my stay the main supply went off and shifting to secondary supply took 5 minutes or more. The automatic change over system was not functuoning.Where is HSE? Where is Safety?

Overall their services are not good. After booking the car they will give you the estimation of 3-5 months. But your car will arrive 2-4weeks later then the given time. Moreover there engine tuning and maintenance of the car service is better but when it comes to the body work they are worst at it. Its a big brand but they are providing the services of third class organisation.

Few week ago, i went there and need steam wash to clean oil mud from my cars engine. The man power was good in their service station but the steam machine does not work properly. They wash engine with normal water temperature and charged me with steam wash rate. I think they lose their performance due to improper maintenance their equipments.
