Went there for modification of data, it took total 35-40mins to complete the whole process. Professional and polite staff.

Typographic mistake made by the official and ive to wait another 12 days for my corrected cnic. Rs.2500 is for 3 working days but you have to wait for more than 12 days.
Good place to get national identity card
The office is quite small, given the number of people it has to deal with in a day. Only 4 data entry counters, very small waiting area, still a lot of tokens are issued so that many people have to stand and wait. Quality of service is okay, given the large workload. Office staff is efficient and patient in dealing. Be prepared to wait for more than an hour for your turn if you are not in the first 30 to arrive at the spot. The office must be given more space, more staff, and a system to give a fixed number of entry tokens per day. Some coupons can be issued online for given day, for convenience.

The staff do their best considering the amount of people here but the sitting/waiting area needs to be larger. Also, one of the counter is completely hidden Infront of a giant pillar so cant see the token numbers on top of it from the sitting area back seats.It takes well above an hour, or more for your turn so better come early in the morning or visit at Friday for Women Only day. We dont really have much of a choice as pretty much all branches of Nadra have more or less same issues. So its this one or another, just buckle up and wait for your turn.

There are many things that needs improvement..AC in summer..more data entry operators because at this step it takes lot of time..behaviour is good given the worst working conditions.. separate facilitation for wome. And elderly people..optimize the delivery system.

Token distribution is twice, at 8:15am and at 2pm. So you have to manage. If you are lucky you might as well can buy token from outside for Rs 100 only. I bought from outside. The staff is good. There are around 6 to 7 staff members serving customers. Overall, once you number is called, it would only take 20 minutes to complete the process and you will be done. Considering Pakistan, i rate my overall experience very satisfactory. The security guy at the entrance is also knowledgeable and helpful.

Although the name says its EXECUTIVE OFFICE but there is nothing you can call executive here.Starting from dusty parking to small office area, and rude staff, you will feel yourself in a burning hell, as I visited this Place in June, and there were more than 150 people in an office having space for 40-50 people.Above All, if you just need a small bit of info, you will have to be in long queue for nothing.Overall, its just another govt. way to loot the money of innocent people in the name of executive service..

The most non professional and ignorant staff I ever came across at this so called Executive Office. The female staff at evening doesnt even know how to talk and behave like a civilized person, especially the lady with scarf at counter No. 3.
My experience with staff was very good. They work in a very challenging environment where people from all walks of life come and expect to treated as per their perception of quality of service. Although the branch is called Executive but their is litte executive about it. Limited sitting space for people waiting, you can hardly park 2 to 3 cars if totally vacant. I suggest that the office is relocated in place with more parking and better work and service environment.

Evening shift staff is extremely professional and cooperative. However, morning shift staff is very unprofessional and unethical. To sum it up, in evening shift, it is purely and executive office and in morning shift, it is just like other offices.
Nothing executive about this office. Same as every other just more expensive. Some of the staff is actually nice though. Thats a good thing.

Well after getting half way through the procedures climbing k2 seemed more easy than obtaining your cnic. There was total chaos with the sisters making things worse. Every single female was in rush of getting the id card and in doing so they didnt even hesitate pushing and getting to the counter only to know that its systematic and will only entertain if you have a token number.
Very congested, not at all executive. Just another govt own thing. Haphazard things, unorganized, only 1-2 staff members were good and cooperative. Over all, a pathetic place and one has to suffer.
I didnt even want to give 1 star. Very bad service. They miss guide people. I hate this place.

It is really really overcrowded you literally cant find space to stand the lines are really really long. It could be really well managed but it isnt. You need a whole day to just get your stuff done.

I had to visit here for my grandmas (aged 93 years) CNIC renewal on friday . It was a little disturbing for me that we being a so called CIVILIZED NATION dont have a senior citizen counter . My grandma had to first go to the PHOTO STATION , then move for another station for THUMB and FINGER IMPRESSIONS , and then to the DATA ENTRY TABLE . I request the authorities to please make all the three things be managed at one single place , so the SENIOR CITIZENS specially the people of this age i.e. dont have to walk from this desk to that. But with all this I also want to thank the ASSISTANT MANAGER Mr.Akhtar who himself helped us a lot on seeing such an old lady. I being a common citezen of Pakistan request the concerned NADRA authorities to please arrange a one desk operation for such aged people . Thanks
Pathetic staff. Very rude and careless staff of this branch. Nadra provided best system but staff of this branch is ruining the reputation. Senior management should look into their operations.

Poor electronic system always remains down, rushed place staff reluctant to provide service. Morning staff says to come in evening and vice versa.
Either this is an executive branch, you must have to reach there at 7:am, otherwise you should have minimum 3-4 hours for processing.. the staff is just good, but have seen something there that those who have reference, will not suffer any difficulty at all. and other people will be treated as sheep.
Much better compared to the other other NADRA offices since this is an executive office. Their data goes down a lot so that really ruins the experience.
