I start work with careem, i found careem customer care service is pethatic and big liers, they just look over their own interest but not of captains. Once one rider ran away without paying fare amount round about PKR750, i called helpline, they advised me to Dispute it after end the ride but i didnt receive any response until now. I visit their near by office but they also fail to give any satisfactory answer.
