The experience with CarFirst was very amazing. The staff is well trained and the location is very accessible.

Their logic and rule does not safeguard the rights of clients. Scam to gain only their profits. They want only to earn their shrewd profits. The stress on their effort is repeated several times and then they force the client to accept the offer they present hence discouraging attempt through an unethical sneaky approach.Also, kindly update your know-how about the fluctuations of prices in our region. As far as female representatives are concerned, their hormones are ragging through the ceiling, unprofessional, unpractical approach and bad decisions givinh them a position of a consultant. It is a stupid idea, they are not able to match negotiation wavelength or ethics while talking to the client.

Third class, pathetic and fraud service... They offered me 9 lac for prius 1.5... Model 2007.. Told me that ABS is failed, car has main accident...I took my car to toyota immediately they confirmed ABS is ok car has no major accident instead a left fender is replaced in UK. To reconfirm i visited local denter, mechanic as well they said your cars ABS is perfect and not accidented.I sold it for 1,325,000/- and they buyer is happy as well.Car first, stop making fool to earn money.Now their new name is Augmentech Solutions & Insta Cars...Remember these 3 names are same...

Allow me to regale you with the story encompassing my first experience of CarFirst.I took an appointment to get a free inspection of my Car; Suzuki Mehran 2011 VX (CNG). I was given a time and date to reach my nearest point of CarFirst showroom.On the day of appointment, I received a call from CarFirst inquiring if it was possible for me to arrive at their outlet a little earlier, I conceded to their request and reached their outlet by 01:00 pm.On my arrival, their spokesperson walked me through the whole procedure how they first inspect the car which takes up about 20~30 minutes and then depending on the condition of car (Interior + Exterior) and the stats examination of their Purchase Department located somewhere on MM Alam Road, they give the Seller an Offer stipulating the minimum and maximum value of the Car provided that the maximum value prevails as long as the Seller is sitting in their Office. If the offer is accepted by Seller, they pay Token at the spot and then remaining money in the form of Pay Order is shared within 03 Days.Things were quite professional up till this point.Then came the twist of marketing which was not unexpected.Please let this be crystal clear that I had browsed various car selling websites and knew what my car worth and it was the sheer anticipated professional attitude which attracted me to visit CarFirst in the first place but boy was I disappointed cruelly.After forwarding the statistics to Purchase Department and upon receipt of an Offer, a member of their inspection team entered the Office and said, as I quote, “Offer toh bari achi aa gayi hy” and their spokesperson insisted to run the Car through their auction system as well in hopes to get even a better Offer. Till this point I had literally no idea of the initial Offer but considering such a positive attitude of the staff members I was sure that the Offer was more than “At Least” 400K.They invited me to the other side of the room to check the live auction activity and when I read the Offer, I believe I actually felt my heart sinking, pretty much like the Titanic.The quoted Offer was so much lower than the market offers let alone my own personal opinion. Nevertheless, I played through and when the auction ended after a lapse of 15 minutes, I was given a minimum offer of 390K and maximum offer of 400K.Inquiring further that if that was their best possible offer, I politely declined the Offer of 400K and left. On my leaving I was told that their Offer shall be valid for that moment only and on my next visit they shall but the car on minimum offered rate. Within 10 minutes after leaving, I got a call from their outlet saying that they have revised their Offer to 430K. This really made me raise an eyebrow because a team member of CarFirst said, as I quote again, “Mehran main 5K~10K ka margin bht matter krta hy aur hum ny toh 2014 Mehran ka 400K rate lagaya tha”.The thing which really disappointed me was the level of falsehood they were playing at and with us blatant attitude. Running through the market, I am quite aware that maximum people tend to sell their services and products based on falsehood but claiming to be a professional service provider and considering the brand name of OLX Group, the explicit and open falsehood did not fit well.Even when I again politely declined their Offer of 430K, their spokesperson took a bitter tone with me.Well ending the whole discussion on the last call I received from their office, where they again asked me on the Offer of 430K and also inquired about my Counter Offer and when I rejected they again said that the Offer was valid till that day only and next time their Offer shall be lower than that, which made me involuntarily smile.P.S. Could not give a rating lower than One star.

ATTENTION: They are all scam and fraud, Just stay away from them. They just give you fake offer/quote for your car way higher than the market sometimes and once you accept their offer, they keep you waiting for a couple of days and then say We can not buy your Car!!!.Theyll treat highly polite in the start and wont even bother to attend your call when youre trapped.This company should be penalised and banned permanently because they waste our time and energy. Totally a scam and poor customer services.
