Although department has improved functioning by digitalisation,proper waiting area but it can be further improvised by good interpersonal communication......my humble suggestion is that Type A personalities should not be allowed behind the desk because it is also injurious to their own health......Overall very good.

Today my visit to Police Sahoolat Markaz in Liberty Maket Lahore was an eventful one.I got the appointment by phone for 10 am and got there at 9. To my surprise, there was a long line of waiting applicants. Waiting for their turn for more than an hour.I being a responsible citizen thought not to bog down the queue and started waiting at a distance. This was hopeless. The person appointed to manage queue kept busy in perosnal business pic attached and lack of  any system to manage large number of people was mind boggling.There was no ticket. The person issuing appointment time over the phone, has no clue how many people are allowed or how many can these centres hold in a slot. This creates a soup of disaster and can be considered by any sane person as contributor to increase in covid19 cases.I am attaching pictures for proof of what I am saying. My heart bleeds seeing this level of inappropriate behaviour and systems. This is something which requires no money to solve but a will and organisational skills. Hope better comes from this feedback.

First thing first get the token from the machine on the front by providing your cellphone number. It was a good experience, polite and good stuff! The only reason for 4 stars is to many spelling mistakes in my Lerner permit.

Efficient, polite, and well dressed. Overall an excellent experience. Went in for Police Character Certificate and International Drivers License. Now a very satisfied citizen.

Very quick and fast process, very good initiative by Punjab government much appreciated. License renewal and new drivers license are processed and in other activities they deal with women abuse. FIR registration, police certificate, all of these are processed in few minutes time, previously it was hell going kachari and facing agent mafia out side the Bulding before entering, coming here saves us time money and lot of hassle specifically the any time traffic jam there on lower mall road and GC college traffic signal.

Dont go after 3 pm if you dont have tickets.

Had great experience of getting learners permit from this center. Went there at 8am on a Saturday morning and got token from a kiosk. I was 3rd in line. But had to wait till 9am because I didn’t have postal stamps and post office guy arrives at 9am (official duty time of post office staff). But once he arrived, whole process took just 5 minutes. Staff was very punctual and cooperative and it looked like an efficiently run facility. Strongly recommended to go early (8am) and take postal stamps along to avoid waiting till 9am.

One star less for the lady at counter 1 who was rude towards applicant. Rest all of other staff is very cooperative.

My experience at Police Centre was excellent, police staff were very helpful n supportive, however deposit of fee at HBL branch and getting Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 66 only from kuchery are difficult n cumbersome processes which should be simplified n made easier.

There is no benefit of getting an appointment...u just go there with complete documents and just get the token.....

The behaviour of the staff is too arrogant and rude. Also they tried to skip off their duties and put unnessary objections on Papers. They even said that Muzaffargarh is not in Punjab.

The policeman have attitude problems...got in to a verbal argument with one of them. The token dispenser kiosk was not installed properly and I touched the screen it shook and the policeman came out and said I was pinching it. I spoke to him politely but he was was not used to being talked back to. Another policeman came and started physically intervening in the argument. They were verbally and physically abusive (just tucking agkilders and trying to push me away). Because I put my foot down and reminded them I am within my constitutional rights the original policeman who started the argument apologized.

Best time to visit for driving license is early morning at 8am when the office opens. It gets crowded afterwards. They issue only 110 tokens a day. Get your token immediately from the token machine after getting to the office and then get your relevant driving licence file and wait for your turn.

I visit two times at your service center but the internet server service you have is not work well either the number provided is useless because no one answered.

For licence renewal timings are 9am-1pm. I dont know why they have a listed phone number when then dont answer.Anyways, reached after 1 as didnt know the timings. The in-charge officer was nice enough to process my renewal.

Pls reach the office at 8:00 am. Take a slip from a Token Number Machine, On the left side of the entrance door and wait for your turn.Documents required for learner driving license:1. Original ID card,2. Photo copy of ID card,3. 180 Rs to buy stamps,4. 2 Pasport size photos.
