Very efficient staff nd good services are provided

Unfortunately we have to visit this place for a passport, we have not improved our process yet, to cater the needs of the rising economy needs. we have to increase and educate our staff to better arrangements. Govt. Is not taking this seriously they are wasting time. From past severals years Govt. has not changed anything. The Guard takes bribe to pass you thru the long queue they dont care the rights of people. We must change before its too late.

This place has been closed down for a year now. I dont know why its still showing up in the map. It has been relocated to shadman. Please go there.

One of the most important office of your country at very disgusting place no air conditioner very suffocating environment but important thing is your work is done. You can collect your passport by yourself or your blood relation and you can see timings in the the below picture. Stay blessed Allah bless you and your family

Shimla pihari nadra office is best, observed upto now in govt offices. Govt jis ki b ho in haramkhoron ne kaam nahi karna.

I have heard very bad stuff about getting passport in Pakistan. Today Im surprised to see that this is not not true at all.I went to office at 10:00 Ramadan timing office opens at 10:00.The police officer was maintaining the queue in a good manner.I had to wait About 45 minutes (last 20 minutes I waited while sitting) to get into the office.Every Step completed in 4 to 10 minutes.For the last step I had to wait 30 minutes in air conditioner indoorThe officers are very nice and polite.The last officer asked me What you do? And signed my document in 1 minutes.Totall It took 2:30 hours for all process.Please dont bribe any agent ever.Please use Jazz Cash to pay in order to pay Passport fee.Thanks

All facilities i.e Air condition,token machines,sitting arrangement for 500 peoples,water dispensers,cleaning of halls & toilets should be outsourced by hiring spacious building with vast parking and easy access likeMcdonalds sites.there should be token system instead of Ques at 9

Very bad and pathetic place .... broken chairs and tables dust ....poorly painted.broken windows.counter closed due to broken furniture and computer ac planted by private donations road leading to passport office blocked by rain water....Still the staff was working efficiently....

There is lot of crowd .there is not a better management like nadra of simla pahari.other wise the team work not bad .

Good in location, old building

Today I had very bad experience. It took me 4 weeks to get NOC and then I deposited 8000 in Nbp. Today there was so much rush at 10 am k I could not find even few inches to stay there. Ultimately I had to come back. So it is desired by all the employees to extend the date up to August 22 .

I have had the worst experience of my life in making of my wifes new Passport few days back. we stood in queue for about 07 hours during which about 3 hours system got down. No discipline and poor behavior of security person. No proper sitting arrangements. The system to be upgrade via online system so everyone can scheduling his appointment for the making of passport and also make proper token system so everyone could go for their turn accordingly.

Worst level of Service one can expect from any such service provider. Surprisingly they are officially charging Rs. 3000 to 10,000. But service level is so bad that one could never like to visit again. NADRA office charging much less are far better than this. Just compare the service quality of Passport office at Abbot Road to that nearby NADRA office at Egerton Road. A difference hard to believe.Right from security staff at entrance till last person delivering the passport is so rude that you would like to slap them. They just want you to push to agents who will charge Rs 2000 - 3000 in addition to official charges and you will get priority on all people standing in que. All this is not possible without full coordination of all the office staff up to top level.

Although the govt. is working hard to improve the working conditions of the government offices but passport office needs a lot of attention by the interior ministry. No of offices may be increased to facilitate the people. Help desk services should be increased. Advanced booking should be allowed so that only those people come for the passport office who have an appointment. Employees should be courteous to the people.

Absolutely very pathetic and miserable situation I have seen there.There are agents outside of passport office they ask for bribe and enter you in office without standing in a long row. If you dont give them money then you have to stand in the long row. The Passport Office (Abbot Roads one) is shifted to Shadman (Scholar College).

Very easy to get passport if u reach there at or few minutes before opening time. Even easier if you submit your fees a day before in any branch of National Bank

It is the worst place on earth. It took us 5 hours to do a 15 minute job. No one is serious. It’s just not good al all. Worst experience of my life.

The place must to visit here in Lahore if you want to go aboard. The passport office is very near Pakistan boys scout hostel at abbot road Lahore.

In rainy days very much water inside office but line is very much small

There is no need of any agent or any worry. Just download challan form from passport office website. Pay on any NBP branch. Take 2 copies of you CNIC, paid challan form and just go to passport office.
