They have 3 different phone numbers for customer service and no service available on any of the three. Iv been trying to reach these useless pieces of corruption and no response.Whoever reading this--- Please do not use there service even it is free cz its not even worth waiting that much and no guaranty if your valuables will ever see the light of the day. Just spend a little on any other private courier service instead.

Pakistan post is probably the next PIA or Pakistan Steel Mill. Service special international service is poor. and when the IMO and Customs department join hands.. everything becomes hundred times worse

Worst service, they make you run around for hours until their closing time, make you visit multiple times and still not get their Damm job done. This is a stain on Pakistan.

Awful den of pestilence and iniquity

Never attend calls and do not deliver international parcels even. When I went to them personally, they openly asked me to hand them 2500 rupees to get my package now, or I have to wait for a few more days. Its already been 3 weeks

Worst service ever. My parcel has been held there for about 2 weeks and they have not called me for duty or something. Even the tracking number has been blocked now. Worst service ever. This is the condition of Pakistan Government Services. Corrupts everywhere.

Very rude and unhelpful.

I have booked an order of artificial jewellery value 2000thousand from China. parcel received in Pakistan and IMO Lahore charged 6000 thousand custom duty.

Every officer is corrupt except Custom Superintendent.

Our packages have been detained here, not attending calls, not calling for custom duty themselves. Such pathetics here. They have forgotten that they have to die one day. :)

1 of worst place ever in Pakistan . the staff are Ridiculous my parcel came from Florida and its over 8 days its held by IMO according to my tracking I tried calling them on their land-line for 15-20 time but nobody had picked my phone call and neither respond to the inquiry through other resources so its really dispointed to have such government staff in our country
