Nice place, somewhat cooperative staff, but very limited in number. For whole region just three desks are designated. No token system. It takes a hell of time.
Its not easy to find and quite poorly managed. The timings on the Internet are almost always wrong. However,its efficient that most government offices.

I came Lahore at IBCC office on 22nd of December 2020. They told me to send documents by TCS .On 24 of December I send my documents by TCS as said.Its 14 January 2021And they are not even receiving my phone call.No where to complain.

Their office is closed but staff is sitting and few people are there outside in case you need help.They are not accepting any documents by hand you have to have submit through TCS

IBCC office attest your original FCS and matric degrees. Process is very simple you can visit there office with all the required documents and submit it they will TCS the documents after attestation.
Attention!!!!!!!Please everyone dont rely on IBCC...Do not give them your original documents.....i Gave them for attestation and i dont know where they disappeared my original documents...After doing this they just denied and gave me duplicate certificates.....

The IBCC office is in the basement of building having National Bank branch. It is easy to miss the building as there is no prominent board outside.
Ambiguous location, there is no sign board with clear vision. Although services was quick.

Went to IBCC personally to attest documents and they said on the door that we take only through TCS and it was emergency came from Kamoke Gujranwala and have to Submitted documents for attestation in Lahore Branch on 31 august and arrived in after 1 day and its been 8 days there is no news what happened or what is happening and IBCC say that we finish procedure in one day. Wallahe its strange. I have to complete documents and want to attest by HEC and IBCC taking like forever.

I am horrified by the workings of this department.I am a doctor residing in lahore and i had to get my Olevel equivalence attested . As per THEIR instructions, all fhe required documents were sent by tcs to ibcc lahore ( i was told to send to ibcc lahore by this very page responder when i sent them a msg asking whether to send to lahore or isb office)However , after two weeks of not getthing ny documents back , i called.NO RESPONSE . I then went to ibcc lahore and requested to be allowed to enter and to my surprise ,my documents were just sitting their without getting attested and fyi,i wasnt notified for 2 weeks .They told me to send to ISB office . I sent it their . They sent it BACK sayying to send to LAHORE office . I again went to lahore office and pleaded .Finally ,i got ONLY my original equivalence attested . HOWEVER, I have not gotten my ATTESTED QUIVALENCE PHOTOCOPIES back and as everyone knows that photocopies are sent for further office work where originals are not neededP.s - i gave two separate challan forms for original document attestation and photocopy of original attestation,respectively .So please , tell me IBCC , what the heck are you guys doing when you dont even have the offices opened to the public ?! Dont tell me Covid is making office work tough ; i deal with covid pt so pleaseShame on you guys . This is the reason Pakistan system is so deep down the drain .

After Covid-19, get your online form and chalan from website and pay the fee in NBP. Send the documents through courier. No need to visit IBCC office.

Pathetically unprofessional and lazy submitted my documents days ago still no response, They never attend any call then why they have contact number? if by any chance they ever attend any call they will be rude and unprofessional.

There is an improvement in the system now that you can collect your attested documents on same day after the couple of hours of submitting. So a big thumbs up. You may find staff a bit rude but with so much public dealing, most of the people become annoyed. So just follow the instructions and (hopefully) youll be in safe hands.One thing which is unfortunate is that I had my IBCC attestation done back in 2008 but it was considered null and void so Ive to repeat the whole procedure again (by paying haftey amount, of course).

Office remains open till 5 PM.Timing is:If you submit your documents from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you will receive at 03:00 PM same day.If you submit from 12:00 - 01:00 PM, you will get back on 04:00 PM same day.And if you submit from 2:00 - 03:00 PM you will get back at 05:00 PM same day.Documents submitted from 03:00 - 05:00 PM will be returned at 12:00 PM next day.There is enough parking for bikes and cars available.Photocopier is also available.Bring original result cards/certificates along with previous education original certificates as well.National bank branch is available in plaza as well.

Well, I reached before 8 am and I already had chalan form and application form with me. I paid fee at NBP bank and then submited the documents after 9 am and it took me only 20 minutes. Good service so far.

The attestation lines are way too long so its required to have 2 lines for attestation for men.Thirdly have to stand in line to collect an empty form and bank challan paper, then go stand in line for paying in bank and then again stand in line to give all the documents.Also the required documents paper sticked at the starting does not have every required information due to which we need to stand multiple times in line .

Staff at receiving counter is rude and incorporating. Bring all orgional documents with you, they can demand for anything. National bank is also there for fee submission. They shall return documents after 2 days. Facility for lahore and adjacent cities only. Other city person should go to IBCC Islamabad for urgent attestation.

If a student is Pakistani nationality but have studied o and a levels aboard. Is it compul6for them to have pak studies islamiyat and urdu inorder to make their equivalence certificate.And how long it takes to receive the equivalence certificate.
This place is so far form public transportation places. Like, railway station, bus stations .Additionally the staff of ibcc office are poor cooperative. Collect solid and confirm information before submitting any of your documents.
Worst place, worst service. Somebody travelling from districts other than Lahore has to come back after 2,3 days to receive documents.

If you start to Rank Top Ten Worst Government offices ,Ibcc will surely on top.I think the Government of Pakistan forgot that they have an office called Ibcc.If we talk about cleanliness:An old flat in Lyari where traces of Paan spits are found.I dont know who the incharge or Director is,But Ibcc is not going well.The staff have no clue how to talk: I am not mentioning a single one.Thier Timing,thier rules.Eg. I have seen applications of Outsiders of Lahore rejected for a minor reason.Like a minute late or a page not attested.Government should focus on this office.Ps.Edit: I hope the new office Is a better place.

Getting your work done here takes 10 times more time than it should. Here i am trying to get my equivalence with about 15 other people in a congested room and that one guy in the counter decides to have a cup of chai and ignore everyone.....Fing beautiful.

Staff is rude. Place is not well maintained. Make sure to keep a gap for universities and submit the documents as early as possible;they take more time to give equivalence certificate.
All of this procedure can be done online, but who cares. Same medieval / colonial attestation procedure. Additional good management practice is, that the HBL bank (among the worst banks list already) inside the building is not authorized to collect IBCC fee, one has to go out side at a distance (but HBL) branch to deposit fee.However the staff, despite being (overwhelmingly) over burdened, is cooperative.
