Gerrys Visa VFS LOST OUR Passport.The Canadian Embassy In Abu dhabi requested us to submit the passport here in Lahore. The VFS global made a blunder and put wrong Tracking ID. We got confirmation from Canadian IRCC website that they have issued the Visa. Since that day we try to track our passport which resulted no record found. We tried the Live agent, Call center and by Emailing them. Non of them have a clue what to do.The Call center CSR said our document are yet to send to Canadian Embassy. Then She said we having technical difficulty in tracking passports. in short waste of timeLive Chat Agent Keep repeating same thing again and again and in the end he asked us to send an email to them. In short NO HELPWe tried email they were sending us Same REPLY.The day i send email to Canadian Abu Dhabi Embassy and CC Vfs global. Suddenly I start getting correct Reply from VFS. And right after they magically found the passport and request us to come and pick it up. WOWThis is what they have done previously with other Candidate who we got to know that they misplace the passport and the candidate were trying kept trying. In the end they send the passport back to Canadian Embassy that candidate didn show up to collect the passport which resulted Re-applythe way they have deal our situation by correcting Tracking ID with the PEN right at the spot when we went there and got mad at them HOW DID YOU LOST OUR PASSPORT. It shows how non Serious they are with providing services.anyway...In conclusionKEEP AN EYE ON EVERY THING DONT TRUST VFS. They are misleading people who are applying for Canada, they have incompetent staff, non of the CSR have adequate knowledge, The staff is not trained. Which ever Country you are applying. Make sure you have Their Embassy contact information in case this happen.

I visited their Lahore office for Canadian Family Immigration services and they took only 4-5 days for passport recollection. Streamlined and totally guided services every step of the way. There were no long queues as many people would believe or say that one has to go the Gerry’s sharp at 9am. It’s not the case, one can go anytime they want and have their work done in the matter of minutes.People who are not aware of the processes usually create mess in their centre but who are we kidding here, they are our Pakistani brothers. I had guided a Butt sahab from Gujranwala regarding his matter there too as he was sitting confused.One important heads up that I want to share is that NEVER EVER listen to the boys on the outside of Gerry’s office, they are AGENT MAFIA. I missed taking some print outs for passport recollection and I got victimised by those AGENTS.I only needed 10 print outs and they charged me 550/- rupees for prints that are worth only 120/-So please DO NOT listen to those jerks standing in the middle of the road, they are just their to trap you. Make it sure to count your documents before going to Gerrys office and you’ll be done in no time.Hands down, they are the best in business.

Hell service of an international organisation.Canadians have no standards they selected this kind of service provider for their visa processing??They even have no-entrance for the persons coming with the candidates (even the persons come from other cities along female candidates).There is also no space outside the office for sitting & parking area.Embessies should assure the customer service standards before giving contracts to any duffer organisation. Really disappointing behavior.I hope will never need to Come back at Gerrys.#Shame

I visit Gerrys office Islamabad for Visa application submission, I give him my passport size picture but they refuse those picture and suggest me our photographer on first floor you can get your new picture from there, After capturing and printing my picture he charge me 720 just for 3 pictures, which is shocking price for three pictures. I think all thief sitting in Gerrys.

You have to deal with really bad traffic to get to gerrys. Parking is an issue so its better to take someone along or take a cab. Security is tight so make sure you have your documents with you. Leave your phones in the car or submit them at the entrance. Phones, chargers and data banks are not allowed. Take your token and then you will be guided where to go.Make sure you call in to get all the information. Went to submit documents for turkey and found out that people in Lahore have to fill out the Karachi form. If one parent is travelling with a child do attach the Id card of the parent with the notary letter. It wasnt mentioned in the visa requirement note on the website.Staff is well behaved has all the information and are thorough when checking documents.If the correct information is provided online a lot of trouble and time can be saved

This place is vast and has a tight security system.Information regarding any countrys visa requirements, application and all can be acquired through a plenty of sections specially made with the thoughts of convenience.As they have a huge space and big staff, you wont be disappointed when it comes to saving your precious time and getting quality services together..

I went to uk visa application team, they are well structured and disciplined. Staff is really humble and cooperative. Id appreciate if they can allow cell phones for two reasons. 1- people have to wait for hours so they can surf n read things etc. 2- In my case I missed an email which had an important attachment approved just in time, so after completing application I learned about it and went back to officer to submit it.

Applied twice Dutch Visa and UK Visa:Attention since 1 fab 2020, everyone for Netherlands visa has to fill an online form , manual forms are not accepted. Print the online form and present in gerrys.Staff is very generous, Please Please dont believe on some negative comments. When illiterate people go to certain place they, usually create a mess. So dont believe what others are saying.Dutch Visa:Every one was very good, cooperative and humble. They check your profile and arrange them into a required order. My whole schengen visa form was wrong I filled the Finlands one document, they guided my on the spot and provide me a new form and provided me some time to fill it again.UK Visa:Again very humble staff. I uploaded all the documents by myself through VFS. Waited for my turn, present them print of a first page of the application. Provide them the copy of the Passport (First Page only).Mobile not allowed, You can handover these things to guard, free of charge.Bags are not allowed.

They need to make clear which country applicants needs appointments and which dont, along with numbers to their telephones. We were applying for visa and they told us that we needed appointment and just gave us a service number. I called to that overly expensive guideline telephone with no selection for Norway. I had to speak with someone to get Gerrys Norway helpline direct number on which they were helpful. Gerrys should make it possible to book appointments at the spot!!I am not begging them to help, Im paying them for a service! But this is Pakistan, you have to call your uncles friend who knows a friend who knows a guy at the office, then have to pay for the service, then buy the office a gift and some mithai, then you have to bow and be grateful that the office gives you any service at all. My last experience with them was good, the last was absolutely horrible.Lots of room for improvement.

VFS global/ Gerrys has become one of the biggest rip offs and scam in Lahore. They take your money and dont provide you with the service. Recently they have shifted to a new visa appointment terminal, there has been numerous complaints that confirmation email does not come and an error appears. Despite them knowing this problem they do not cater you as if it is your fault an error has appeared. Their prime focus is to charge everyone additional Rs 5800 for walk in appointment who has not received a confirmation email. Their staff is extremely rude and uncooperative.

All UK visa applicants are told that DO NOT forget to bring document separators with you when you to come to Gerrys visa office. Otherwise you will have to pay them PKR 1700/ just for 9 pages of these separators. To charge such hefty amount for just 9 photocopied pages is totally unfair and unjustified. There is no mention of such separators in UK visa application document checklist. Gerrys staff says that information about this is available on our website once you login after creating account. But it is pathetic that when I tried to activate my VFS global login account by clicking on their link (which they send in your mailbox) it didnt work. I tried this multiple times for two applications but their server was always down.All staff members were cordial and cooperative during submission of visa application.Good luck for your visa application.....

I just went to drop of my passport for Canadian visa. Found the staff very efficient and helping. If you go in early, you can be free in 10mins.

This place is run by amateurs. They made a critical error on their part that cost me a lot of time and money too.Their staff are clueless about requirements. They asked me to fill in a form that wasnt even required, and I ended up paying a ridiculous amount for them to print a few pages.Their support system is also a joke. They dont reply to emails. Their booking form online doesnt work mostly. Their call centre is shocking. I kept getting disconnected and wasted a lot of money in the high call charges. Yet they conveniently had no records. How did they get contracted to provide such services?

UK visa office open now a days or not?

Always choose morning time after 1 pm you will get your turn after 3 pm so better to choose 9 pm

Firstly You need a lot of time atleast 3 to 4 hours inorder to get your work done.And Secondly there is no proper secured parking area for people who want to visit this place.I think there is also a need to relocate this office to some good area, .as reaching Queens Road is also very hectic

My stamping was done two weeks ago but no SMS/ Email confirmation from Gerrys.Even they charged for notify alert separately.4.Contact centre call 9999 pr minute call pkr 15 and on inquiry from there in 5 minutes i was able to know my stamping was done.5. Treat people as they are coming for grants from Gerrys Lahore. Poor customer service at security and reception.

First thing to know: there is no parking space at all in walking distance. The place itself is nicely managed and there are ushers to help you out at every step. Waiting area has a water dispenser. But the waiting will usually be a minimum of 2 hours because of the long lines. Its always always overcrowded.

Serviceis good but still need improvements as for some countries service is poor. They took much time and do not take care of people turn.

This visa application center is just like any other Pakistani company. If you have links or connections with employees inside you can have your biometric done in no time. You can easily jump ahead any number of customers. They dont care. Poor customer service. Its located in old lohare. Access is very hard. Roads are usually crowded. It has no parking of its own. Timings are very tough. Staff is too buaerocratoc. Too much attitude. Everything is priced too high. From the entry you will start feeling stressed. And will make avoidable mistakes. Just because of their behaviour. Avoid if you can.

Its alright. Not too bad and not too good. Make sure you ask around enough people to know exactly what to do. The canadian section for example is at the back of the building and has its own waiting area

No proper parking creates a lot of accessibility issues for the VAC. The office is also alot more rushed than its counterpart in Karachi which also hosts a more cooperative staff.

Systemized application submission process. Was skeptical after reading many negative comments here but was surprised to witness smooth processing and couteous staff. The team at italy visa section is incredibly well mannered and supportive. It took me 45 minutes to go through all the requirements i.e. documents verification, finger prints and fee submission..all in one office. Kudos to the team!
