Its a store where I find almost every household item I look for. From gas lighter to food factory. Not to miss a wide variety of rare herbs and spices as well that you always find here. I always like the organic sugar which is not available elsewhere. And every time I visit the place I see something more added to the already available stock there. I really like the kitchen gadgets there.A heaven for a home loving lady as well as a gentleman. A must visit!

Staff behaviour is poooor...Victoria makeup department management their behavior is radiculous...There Manager dont know how to deal a customer specially female customer..kindly teach the makeup products manager about manners and ethics.

Good department-store with no plastic bag compaign

Very cumbersome and over crowded, not a fun place to shop. The rates are reasonable and competitive but a lot of effort required to browse the aisles to find what you are looking for. Located on first floor of a plaza on model Town Link road with extreme traffic at all times and to find parking to go to Victoria departmental store you need a great bit of luck. If you are shopping groceries and stuff for a bigger family then getting back to your car with all that is a big effort.I wonder if its worth the effort with all the hassle.

Victorias good thing is that everything you can get under one roof.Bad thing is some of the thing are more expensive as u can even get the same from outside vendors.Payment method is another issue, they dont accept credit or debit card, cash only.

Very huge variety of products is carried over here. You can get silver wear, plastic wear, stainless steel, crockery, and every bits and pieces you can think of as home accessories. In addition to all this you can get women under garments, makeup, toys, watches, jewellery, gifts and the list goes on... Now they have also made a separate grocery store on the second floor of this store which carries every grocery item you can need in your life.
