Gourmet bakers and sweets was one of best bakery in Lahore past time but now they are selling quantity not quality. When you enter into any gourmet shop you feel like you are in a brand shop, everything is named gourmet, they have removed all other brands almost, like you only get gourmet drinks only nor coke or Pepsi

Quality has deteriorated over the years. Staff is not helpful. Items in bakery were not well presented or clean and a lot needs to be done in terms of hygiene.
