The company website for online sale is not working. Called the PEL customer support Centre and gave me a contact number of their local service Centre. The service Centre told they cant help with problem and that I better buy from open market instead of companys web site online.I wonder what kind of a customer supoort and what kind of employees PEL has.I really doubt any after sale service from such a company which is not even interested in selling their products.Poor service
