As the name suggests they are decent in most of respects .....variety, prices, services and ambiance all are decently decent. Good place to shop. Specially if you have no time to go to bigger malls.

Well a store with proper and Hi-fi system of shopping, arrangement and availability of products. All kind of informational facilities are available.All sorts of things are available here edibles and the products of daily use.

Face lift is there. Now it is cleaner than ever. Passages between two shelves are spacious now. Moderately expensive. Overall, a very good general store.

Credit card facility is available alongside the cash payment option. Parking is a bit congested, yet the security guards offer good services to facilitate the ones moving in or out.

It is the best departmental store on wahdat road. The food items available are of good quality. The staff is well trained. Handling during the rush hours is up to the mark.There is a seperate section for crockery.The space management of the store is satisfactory.I have been purchasing goods from this store for almost 10 years and have never faced any issue. Incase I face any problem I am hopefull that it will be resolved amicably.Sometimes you may face parking issue in the rush hours. The guards of the store are always ready to help you out for parking.

Easy to find local and imported products here at reasonable price. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. There are 4 counters for the checkout. The extreme right one is for items less than 10 so that one can check out fast. The parking is a disaster because there is no lanes for it. People might park their cars behind your car and then the valet parking will have to make an announcement to call the owner. Else everything is perfect.

Quite good variety and prices

Its got the usual stuff that you would typically find in a departmental store or a shopping centre for that matter, sure, but this place feels....so small for some reason. Also, I have been going there for like a year now and sometimes, I wont find the stuff that I got from there last time and its not that, the stuff that I got has stopped shipping anymore, no, I dont understand their restocking method but that has been a pain in the butt when I have to leave the store with half of the stuff that I wanted and I have to check in another store or come back a few days later to get that stuff... I know I sound like I am being a bit harsh on the place but thats how it has been for me..

Pathetic management, they think they are only in town where we can do our grocery? I wasnt satisfied with my bill I asked for verification and they said we dont do that!! What Really? Are you kidding me? First Cashier was rude and told me that I will verify then manager came in rude behavior as well telling me that we dont do verification!!... They should know the basics of how to deal with customer! Wastage of time and money.. Will not go there again!

Parking facilities in lake

This store on Wahdat Road Lahore has all the things needed to manage a house completely ranging from match stick to utensils, spices, house hold items.

Store is quite good but staff behavior was beyond pathetic, my wife bought an eye liner and salesman told her it cost 600 but on the counter when she paid it costs 800 and when she said she dont want it, the man on the counter was quite rude and told her she cant return it now. The thing is not about 200 pkr more or less, sales persons should be more professional and better trained. I wanted to sue them in consumer court but my wife talked me out of it. However, I doubt if I will ever go back. There are much better and more professional departmental stores in Lahore

Excellent! I went for leisure ahopping with a friend and you can find all fmcgs here. What particularly delighted me is their first floor, that contains all kinds of crockery at reasonable prices. Ceramics, glassware, water sets, tea sets, dinnerware and other steel and non stick items and kitchen accessories. The place has more variety and equivalent to Raja Sahib or Rahim store when it comes to home crockery :)
