There is a very good, secure and spacious parking lot. The location is also very awesome. There is a discipline in every activity at this place. After getting token, you go inside. There is a spacious hallway equipped with a lot of chairs for resting.

It was an amazing experience to be there I havent found a passport office like that ma Sha allah

I have found staff very cooperative, excellent customer services, exceptional cleanliness and overall excellent services provided by the team.

Before going I read reviews here on google maps and I thought the process will be smooth and easy but it wasn’t at least not for me.You can’t go with family for a passport as there are long queues, you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours for your turn as the process is slow. But an agent will let you in, in five to 10 minutes and you will be free within one hour max.I will recommend agent if you are with family because of many reasons. But if you are alone then I guess hiring an agent wont be necessary Thats why my experience was good, got my passport in 4 working days.

Staff was very cooperative. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.

There are proper following of COVID-19SOP . No rush.

Best Place in NGT, for Passport. Much important now a days because Ministery of Interior has opened new office near Thokar Niaz Baig.

There was a very big crowd outside but once you enter the main room, it is very convenient and cooperative.So the best way to get rid of long waiting lines is that you may reach there by 8 oclock or by 8:15 am, whereas the office opens officially at 9 am in morning.Otherwise there will be a wait of hours.Also they stop giving token after 12:30 pm at normal days and at 10:30 am on Friday.

The guy taking a snap for passport photo was very ill mannered...I did the first time fair mistake of not callibrating my face to camera sensor and he started ABUSING me and threatening me! And i couldnt even say a word. How pathetic

Their system stops working all of a sudden with no one knowing when it starts working.

Dont listen to any agent barking out there. They will misguide u. They will tell as if they are your only hope. Many people are confused as it is their first time in passport office. For smooth working be there before bank opening take challan form from the bank. Dont take that challan from the agent( they told me only they can give me challan form and it will cost Rs50. 30Rs for challan and 20rs for filling) i took that challan from him and later realized while in th queue outside the bank that i have to pay rs30 of challan with that passport fees. Pay that challan and get in the queue inside the office with two photocopies of your id card. Many people dont read the instructions outside the office and wasting their time while leaving queue for these photocopies. Once you are inside the office and got your token. Your processing will proceed automatically. Yes it will take 2-3 hours but your processing will be guaranteed and halal. Those agents are basically charging you for guidance which one can easily get by reading instructions board outside the office. So dont waste your money and time on agents and promoting this agent system.

Disciplined, and no need to pay any agent. Better xome with fee deposited at any National bank, cause no bank near it.

Ive renewed my passport from this office couple of times. Agents will follow you and confuse you to their best. Your best interest is to ignore them. A good idea will be to submit fee chalan a day prior to actually appearing for renewal.Bank opens at 9 and their will be a queue will take an hour and passport office will have formed a long queue by then.Hence, come following day and reach 30 min before passport office opens. This will get you free within an hour.Wapda town residents now have to go to this passport office, which opened in 2018. Notice board at Barkat market said that only fresh passport requires visiting local office and can be renewed from nowhere in Pakistan, however, it wasnt the case today and they forced us to go to Wapda Town.

Good time, the authorities deviced a very good system at passport office, good seating arrangements, drinking water. No one has to wait for hours. At first you have to deposit fee at any of NBP branch then go to passport office for token and photograph next stage is biometric, after that application form printout for checking of name spelling and signatures. The next step is to check ECL (exit control list) the last one is the receipt for collection of passport. Ordinary will be delivered after 25 days the urgent with in a week.

Do not get any special facility from any agent and your application process will be on time. Now, very good service quality at Garden town passport office. As many new passport offices has been opened in Lahore, therefore, service quality has been increased Significantly. To save time, please check your area of passport office with the help of NIC before entering into line. You can submitt your Fee in any National bank located in Lahore. Old and disable persons has priorty lines with sitting arrangment. Male and female has sepate lines with sitting benches. All outdoor space is well ventillated with celing fans and sheds. Inside office is air Conditioned with large sitting Arrangement. If you got token from insde then within one hour all the Processes will be completed.

The whole management system is pathetic as well as the policies. They need proof of travel document. I travelled in 1997. Unfortunately i lost my travel document . I asked them if there is any other way and they said there is no other way and its against our policy. That means if you have lost your document then you have made a big mistake and you will never be able to get a passport. Seriously? There must be a way but they didnt even guide me just straight away no go home!feels like a 5 year old kid made your policies.if someone lost a document and cant recover then he/she stays here imprisoned forever. No right for a passport.

Staff member are good far better than NADRA

The staff employed there is:-Professionally: Incompetent (Most part of their job is public dealing in which they are simply poor)Morally: Jin ke bare maen deen maen reh numai ki gai hae ke in se bahas maen mat uljho aur nazar andaz kar ke aage barh jao.Character wise: Corrupt (There are agents outside office who will arrange your procedures without waiting in queue. There rate is Rs. 2000/- and the office staff take their share out of this amount)This is only possible when the officers of the set up are either incompetent or corruptThe most noticeable thing is that Assistant director sits right among the staff and this all happens in his presence.(Without clicking on the star the post was not possible, otherwise they deserve marks in minus)

Submit your passport fee in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan before coming here. To get the token youll need bank deposit slip, two photocopies of your CNIC and one photocopy of the first page of your old passport. Also bring your original CNIC with you. The process takes almost 2 hours to complete normally. NEVER give money to any agent. The process is simple & easy. Just you have to wait for your turn.

Only thing I liked in this office was Senior Citizen line but unfortunately the employees have worst behavior and attitude towards the applicants. First thing first, if you are coming to work unhappy everyday then resign because something is really wrong with you and you need to leave your personal issues behind your doors or find a job in which you can perform well and you can give 5 star customer services. Without a doubt most of Pakistani people are uneducated and the way employees behaved with them today was really disappointing for me. Even my own Mother face harsh and high tone from a lady staff member (I won’t mention name) until I had to remind her that you are a public servant and change your tone and attitude. The director of this Department needs to initiate a continuous training system for people working under him. Most of the people are coming from Rural areas to go abroad as a labour. You all need to respect your job and show some respect to the Citizens of Pakistan. Unity, Faith & Discipline.

When entering passport office before getting in queue, Make sure to know from information counter, whether your ID area falls under this passport office or not. Wasted my 3 hours standing in long queue & at the end the day no use.Plus before going make sure to submit fee from any designated National bank branch ( Preferable Regal Chowk, Mall road) Normal 3,000/... Urgent 5,000/- Take two cnic copy- and in case of renewal Old Passport plus a copy as well.

Place doesnt have photocopy facility. There is a guy outside in the park. No body tells you that you need passport copy of a male blood relation. In case of kids you are required to get it attested. Name, signature, stamp, phone no and cnic no of the attestor.

First check your area if want to renew or anything for your passport.I saw many people go back after waiting 3 to 4 hours waiting in queue.

Director of this passport office has ordered not to deal with agent mafia but still there is a Parking guy outside KIPS ask everybody to get the token in 1700 PKR. Thank God! Agent Mafia is very much under control and they are not allowed to roam near the building. If you come here at 8 AM, you will be free within 3 hours Inshallah through proper channel.

There is no need to listen to any of the agents roaming outside the facility. For their own benefits, they try to engage and entangle you, telling you how they would help simplify and shorten your process, which needs not be done.Just enter the building and get your token before 12pm, go to the nearest national bank branch to get your concerned application fee deposited. Challan forms are available at the bank. You can also get your fee deposited via mobicash, located right near the passport office. Return back and follow the instructions for the process to start.Whole of the staff in the building is polite and decent enough and guides you properly through all the stations. The environment is friendly for every age and gender. There is nothing to worry. They know their work. Whole of the process takes a maximum of 20 minutes excluding the bank fee deposition. And there is no fuss inside whatsoever.Therefore, better to have faith in your department, and show decency and ettiquetes to follow the normal routine process, since they themselves are trying their best to accomodate everyone equally, and as per token number.Praise where its due :)

Its a great n efficient place.... people please dont pay any money to agents as they are just minting the money.... go on your own n in queue you will have your token... then everything is by token n fast process... agents are just taking advantage of naive people... as agents dont do anything n they will just take you inside n say please stand here... which you can also go yourself.... if you want to believe it check it out....

Typical government office.Arrangement needs to be improved at entrance.There should be automated queue management system instead of manual queuing.National bank fees challan payment system is pathetic.After entrance into the office every thing is smooth afterwards.

Huge waiting lines and no air conditioning. DO NOT PAY THE AGENTS OUTSIDE THE OFFICE!! You will just end up wasting your hard earned money! and oh one more thing.. do not sign up for the TCS service. If you do want to, make sure the system is working because for me it was not working and the lady wouldnt refund the money also.

Lengthy process, you have to be very early with your CNIC and paid challan form, be there at sharp 8am with documents and wait for your turn. get a challan a day before and pay it in authorised bank branch of NBP.
